"I've been in and around Asia for 20 years, and I've been in countless transit hotels and guest houses, so I don't get impressed easily or often. This place was a find, I rushed to book the same place on my way back. It's a transit hotel, so it has a very specific job description. Be easy, accessible, cheap and comfortable, because we just need to make the flight. 48 Ville was all those things effortlessly. What surprised me was the room, well lit, large, clean and very comfortable. It was like a mini apartment, with attempts at stylish details. Don't get me wrong, you won't want to take pictures or stay there more that one or two nights. That's what you want from a regular hotel. But as a transit hotel, it was a very welcome experience. I heard no noise, slept soundly, and got my wake up call. Best of all there was a 24 hour restaurant, something so welcome and rare I thanked the staff as soon as I saw it. No one should read this review and think I'm talking about the a three star hotel. It's a relatively cheap joint, with the standard dirty elevators and occasional lapses. I'm a budget traveler do keep that in mind. But seriously, for what it is it's perfect and has certainly earned its stars."

"Our flight going to Vietnam from Bangkok was cancelled during the last minute. We needed an emergency booking that day, we needed a place to stay for few days. I was really lucky I found their place here in my Agoda app. Its located in a very decent and quiet place in Bangkok. The owners are very welcoming, very helpful and very friendly. AND THEY CAN SPEAK GOOD ENGLISH. The room was really great for the price, actually for me I think the room is too big for the price. The bathroom is a little small, but it was so clean and we never had a problem with it. We never had a problem our entire stay! I will recommend this place to our friends! Its very affordable and worth it! "
