"I stayed three night for my week ended. Hotel located in a very busy Yaowarat Road in China Town. Many restaurant on both side of the street. I also visited a temple called Gold Buddha temple which is in Yaowarat Road as well. Around the corner, there is a street selling Buddha batch, almost the whole street selling Buddha batch and its related products, I brought couple of batches. However, if you want to catch MRT you have to walk about 20 minutes from hotel. "

"The hotel is located in the city centre, accessible by both MRT, train, bus and taxi alike. It is only 5 minutes on foot from the famous Bangkok Train Station and MRT Hua Lampong Station. Situated on the 12th Floor, the hotel offers a panoramic view of Bangkok city centre and old town. Did we mention that the hotel is only 10 minutes walk from the Chinatown? Besides Chinatown there are other attractions nearby. The lobby is modern and spacious. The standard superior room we stayed was equally roomy, modern and clean. The hotel has done its best at upkeep the property but there were signs of aging in our bathroom wall and other furnitures. The bed, linen, blanket and pillow covers, and towel were clean. Other furnitures and amenities were well-appointed. The deal we got for superior room with breakfast was undeniable. The price we paid included breakfast. Normally, it would have been a buffet breakfast but on our particular visit there were only a few guests, so the hotel provided us with on-demand breakfast set. We can only say this hotel offers the best value for money we paid."

"Room was Spartan but clean and sufficient. The breakfast buffet was great, the fresh fruit they serve is not often found in a hotel breakfast buffet (at least for the budget traveller). The location is convenient, a few minutes walk to the Bangkok skytrain system, about 10 minutes walk to the food Mecca on Yaowarat road, and about 15 minutes walk to the water ferry that can take you upriver to the Grand Palace, Wat Pho, Wat Arun, etc."

"I arrived quite late around midnight! The last metro from MRT Petchaburi station ( 23.46) took me to the destination which is Hualampong station around midnight. In the website of the hostel says that the hostel is located between Exit 1 and 4 so I chose the exit number 1. Since I arrive late and never used this station before , I was a little bit confused about the direction. From the exit number 1, when you arrived on the ground on the left hand side of you will be a bank ( Thanachart bank), you have to turn left ( or right), the hostel is next to that bank and just behind the exit 1. If you take exit number 4, the hostel is on your right hand side. If you wanna go to MBK, Siam Paragon mall, walk across the street and wait for a bus. Almost of the buses will take you to that area with 8-12 Baht ( However, you should ask the staff or the shop around there before you hop into the bus). Yaowarat ( China town) is just near too"

"Most hotel staff in Thailand are courteous and helpful and the ones in this hotel are no exception. Location is great, right in front of the hotel is the main street with all the street food. The rooms are a little old and probably should have a makeover soon. The view of the city is great. The hotel is tall and towers over most of the surrounding building. ( stayed there twice and had good rooms) Cleanliness can be better but still alright. Is it value for price? hmmm yeah for a decent hotel in Yaowarat road."

"ASAI Chinatown is a prime place if you are looking for somewhere to stay that’s really convenient for sightseeing (Chinatown, but even Siam and Pathumwan as everything is so close by)! The MRT is just across the road, and it felt like I was right in Chinatown without too much hustle and bustle. I would have liked more to be here (e.g. pool) etc., but overall it was nice staying here!"
