Great double storey apartment with single bedroom”
First time staying at double storey apartment and its a great feeling. Huge window (combine hall and bedroom) to watch view the city lights during night time from the bed. The room is clean. Just some wall need paint work. But its just minimal issue. Its self check in, so after booked, chat with the staff via WhatsApp, and they create a WhatsApp group and update the procedures to collect key and parking inside. From the apartment, take lift to UG floor and most indoor entertainment is there for you. Several food shop options and easy access to mall via bridge. There is 7e, KK mart as well. Since this is apartment, there is fridge, cooking stuff, washing machine (detergent provided), water heater. Can cook nugget, fries and sausage. (Cooking oil not provided) Swimming pool is free to access at level 2. The staff are friendly and assist my queries in WhatsApp. Highly recommend here and its reasonable price. What need to improve: Please put a shelf at shower are and place the shower bath soap and shampoo bottles there. I need to take those from sink and put on floor during shower. Or hang the soap bottles at wall will be much more convenient
Good place to stay for small family”
Easy self check in with helpful guides from the staff. We went to icity mall by car around closing hours and regretted tht it took too long to exit the mall due to long traffic. It's better to check in the place and walk since there is a connecting bridge, free parking also. The house was super cold, we had to turn off airconds in living room and 2nd bedroom, lucky for us its just me, my husband and 2 small children so we just opened the master bedroom door for aircond circulation around the house since it was super cold. The remote controller was not functioning except for the master bedroom. Toilet was okay, the water heater works well. They also provide 2 towels for each room, a pair of toothbrush, shampoo, shower gel and other toilettries. Kitchen utensils such as cups, plates, dishwashing liquid, microwave and fridge are also provided. Washing machine and laundey detergent are there too. Only downside was the sofa was hard, can feel the wood only no cushion and my son bumped his head on it. Tv function for basic channel 1,2,3 etc only. But if you're planning to find a stay to go to icity, icity mall and surrounding area, it's a good place for a good price.
Not suitable for urgent booking”
I suddenly had to check in somewhere so i can rest while working, i book it, and drove 1 hour to arrive, was confused about parking for 15mins, then i called the property, they said someone will whatsapp me, but the booking has been 1 hour+ no one has contacted me. After i call i waited for them to whatsapp me, but no one did in 10 mins, i had to wait on the side of the road bcs no where to park, no instructions whatsoever. I called 2nd time only then i was added to a whatsapp group where they send me instructions but were unclear still. I followed the instruction to collect the keys at one of their staff at the lobby. Staff was a young boy, very polite, he is good no complaints on him. Collect the keys then go to the parking but no instructions which area exactly to park, didnt know not all lifts can be used as they are different blocks. I had to whatsapp them again only to know i park so far away from the real entrance, had to put back all my bags in the car. It was a hassle. House itself is ok, clean, aircond is noisy. No netflix on tv1,2,3 the usual not even hbo cinemax. I was bored only had to use phone. Not a great option if u choose to just rest in room. Staff is okay though. The instructions could be way better.
Perfect Stay for Families or Groups of Friends”
I had a great stay at this Airbnb from 18/11 to 19/11. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The place was cosy, clean, and well-maintained, making it a perfect spot for relaxation. Parking was easy to find, as a parking card was provided, so we didn’t have to worry about parking fees. There are plenty of shops, including a cafe, 7-Eleven, My News, and various restaurants at the UG level for easy access. Additionally, there’s a bridge connecting the Airbnb to i-City Mall, so you can easily walk there. I highly recommend it for families with children or groups of friends. A wonderful experience overall! Definitely will stay here again in the future.

First of all, I have to keep in mind that I'm booking rooms in an apartment and not booking rooms at a hotel. Therefore, check-in procedure will definitely be different. I was fully informed of the check in process before my arrival. The agent standby at the lobby at my estimated time of arrival. Once I've arrived, give them a call and the agent will come and informed about access, room information, parking area, and handover the access card. My husband stay with the kids in the car, while I settle the check in process. Secondly, parking. Again, I'm not staying at a hotel. So can't complain. Maximum per day RM20 or by hourly rate. Luckily staying for 1 night. Thirdly, the apartment. Jackpot! I stayed at C-25-03. Both bedrooms got I-City Theme Park view. At night can see the City of Lights. The apartment overall very clean and neat. However, I was greet by not nice smell. Hope the owner can invest in automatic air freshener spray. Bathrooms; got free dental kits individually pack like hotel. Shampoo and soap are also provided. Kitchen got microwave, kettle, fridge, 4 plates, 4 bowls and 4mugs. Drying rack, dish soap and sponge also provided. Got washing machine with detergent! Laundry drying rack also provided but no time to wait for the sun to dry the laundry, can go to self-service laundry at UG. There's a room for improvement for the apartment. Hopefully the next time I book with them, the apartment in better condition than before. So lucky to whoever stay after me. Lastly, location. Very strategic. Walking distance to I-City Theme Park and I-City Mall (connecting bridge at UG). Got convenience store 7E, mynews, KK mart at UG if want to buy water bottle and snacks.
