Close to BTS Chong Nonsi, very convenient transportation. There are many restaurants around the hotel with cheap prices. It is a popular office location with many people, not lonely.
Great Location and Service, but Rooms Need an Upgrade”
Overall, I had a pleasant stay thanks to the friendly and helpful staff. The front desk and bellboy were always ready to assist. The rooftop pool offers great views of the Mahanakhon Building, which is perfect for photos. The location is excellent—just a few minutes' walk to BTS Chong Nonsi and surrounded by convenience stores and a local morning market, which I prefer over hotel breakfasts. I usually skip hotel breakfasts in Thailand, as I enjoy exploring the local food options without feeling rushed. That said, the hotel shows its age. The rooms could use a refresh—there were cracks on the floors, stains on the walls, and the water heater didn’t work well in the mornings. Cleanliness also needs improvement, with stained mugs and poorly cleaned floors. No bedroom slippers were provided, which would have been a nice touch. There are plenty of nearby dining options, including Lek Seafood and a local food court, both offering good local food at reasonable prices. A 2000 THB deposit is required upon check-in, which is standard. Overall, it's a good stay for the location and service, though room upgrades would enhance the experience.

During check in we were surprised with 2000THB deposit. Initially, the receptionist asked for a passport deposit instead. Good thing that they allowed us to just leave an ID. The room is ok. the floor is not so clean. on our second day, we were provided with a duvet cover that has issues ( please see picture). We were afraid that we may be charged for it. Thankfully no charges incurred and it was changed the following day. Breakfast is great. Better than the previous 5 star hotel we were initially accommodated. Helpful staff. They were able to prepare our packed breakfast because we had to leave at 4AM. No provided bedroom slippers. I just hope they clean the floor well and better and yes provide some slippers. All our requests upon booking were delivered. high floor, non smoking area. We can hear the noise from other rooms though. Overall, still a good place to stay because of its proximity to BTS train, delicious breakfast and helpful staff

Able to converse in English. Check in and out was smooth and quick. Value : Ok. Booked via Agoda and bank card offer. Good pricing compared to various hotel agents sites. Wi-Fi: Free in room. Decent Wi-Fi signal. Room : Level 7 room. Window view was next block of building close by. Very big room for one person. Able to fit in any sized luggage. TV had some local channels and overseas news channels, some worked, some didn't, however did not use extensively. Heater worked ok. Electric Kettle and a small Fridge was available. Toilet/bathroom no issues. Separate shower/bathtub. Aircon worked ok but not as cold as expected as it was a big room. Room was near level lift. Food: Free breakfast (room package) on L5. Buffet with mixture of western and local food. Also cook on demand noodles and egg omelets options. Sleep Quality: Good. No serious disturbance. Laundry: Not aware any free or coined washing machines. Cleanliness: Decent. Daily cleaning from friendly staff. No major issue. Gym/Swimming Pool: Did not use. Location: OK. Beside Chong Nonsi BTS. Some street food and a Japanese Curry restaurant outside the hotel. 7-11 and 24H McD are also just a few steps away. Overall : Stayed 4 nights. Relax Stay. Aircon could had been stronger for a bigger room but manageable. Convenient location with train just beside it.

I was not big a fan of this place for a few reasons. Though it’s a good location, but for the long term travelers, you’ll struggle finding one day turn time laundry service anywhere closeby. Nothing provided by the staff within. Wifi signals were terrible at my spot. The room was comfortable, but nothing fancy, just ok. Good convenience to everywhere else including the Chang Nonsi BTS station and a few mom and pop restaurants. All good experiences. Good staff on hand, but I would not stay long term if you’re staying in the Silom area. 10 days is good enough. Overall, it has the overall potential implementing better things.
