“Budget choice”
I got what I paid for and had my expectations met. It's a small comfortable room in a cheap hotel. What makes it a good choice for me is the very conveniently located 7ELEVEn and Indian restaurant just 30 meters from the foyer, the Metro line is a 300 meter walk away and that can take you to the airport and the sites of the city, and within a kilometre you have both a big new shopping complex and a beautiful park with lake. So, whilst the hotel is functional, its location to conveniences is excellent.

“Comfort and quality”
The good thing with hotel chains is that you know what to expect. Ibis provide consistent quality. Not great luxury but sufficient comfort and essentiel services. The rooms are functional although not very large. The restaurant offers good food. There is also a nice bar and breakfast is quite nice as well. The location is not bad in touristic Sathorn with a choice of restaurants around and MRT Lumphini a 15 minutes walk.

“Accessible location, comfortable 7 night stay”
I enjoyed my stay here. I stayed solo in a Superior room and felt it was just the right size for me and 1 luggage. Closest train is MRT Lumphini which is 750m away. It can be quite a walk and not ideal with wheeled luggage. Guests can take the free shuttle to MRT Lumphini or BTS Saladeaeng which departs hourly or every 30 min depending on the days. There’s free wifi but I only used it to watch videos and upload photos. I thought it was stable and fast enough. Staff are friendly and efficient despite the hotel being quite busy with guests. It seems like a preferred choice for travelers. I hear different languages when I’m in the lobby. I don’t have dietary restrictions and found the breakfast buffet to be good. Croissant is served daily and one of the highlights of the spread. You can hear next room when they drop something on the floor or open their doors but that doesn’t really bother me. Bed and pillows are firm and comfortable. I slept soundly. ATM in the lobby is always operational.

“Personally, I like staying at Ibis. It's peaceful and close to the places I need to work.”
The first time was forgivable, as I thought there might have been a misunderstanding. This is my second stay here; the first time was in December '67 and this time in March '68. However, I can sense certain tones, manners, and the service of the front desk staff. The way they speak is pleasant to foreigners but with a stiff tone towards Thai customers. We did not request any additional services, but the reception staff should improve.
