Enjoyed my stay here for 3 nights. Very clean and courteous staff members, responsive to any needs very swift response.. the Bed mattress was very comfortable (must say the least). The only thing I did not like is the Breakfast buffet, but this is Thailand what else can I say? (:

IBIS Hotel organized well our transfer from the airport to BNH for RT-PCR test and to their hotel. Their staff are polite, friendly very helpful and assisted us with the app necessary for the Test & Go scheme. We had a very comfortable stay in their room. Everything in the room is immaculately clean and neat. It was quiet and relaxing. We had a good night sleep after a very tiring flight to Bangkok. We were allowed to have some food and stuff delivered to the hotel lobby, Thank God for that. We enjoyed our short stay and we give it a 5***** Thank you IBIS.

This hotel is at the heart of Bangkok, it's near various shopping malls like Siam Paragon, Centraworld, MBK, Central Embassy, and Terminal 21. Lots of smaller shops nearby too. Located near the Nana BTS station, you'll be able to access the other attractions in Bangkok as well.

A very well run hotel in the heart of Bangkok”
My wife and I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights as I had come to Bangkok for a medical procedure. It is located in the heart of Bangkok, within walking distance of the Sky train, but if you don't fancy a walk the hotel operates a shuttle bus on the hour every hour. This hotel is exceptionally well kept, beautifully clean public areas, and has the most friendliest of hotel staff that I have met anywhere in the world! Our room was cleaned to perfection each day, and the staff paid genuine attention to our daily needs of a taxi, and always enquired if there was anything that we required. Breakfast was excellent and very good value too. We shall undoubtedly return because we agreed that this was one of the best hotels, for the price, that we had ever stayed in!

Booked for 1 night with kids; room was clean no stain on bed or towel; hot water working properly; noise only from the aircon which bit out of normal sound; Service is very good; since i have problem with my luggage with airline; they can help me to receive my luggage while i already check out and travel outside town.
