We stayed here to get away from our daily routine. We live in Hua Hin, so the room was comfortable and quiet and great to get away from the hustle n bustle of our busy lives. The staff are adorable, breakfast is the best and we will be back again

The service is good. Unfortunately, the pool has limited time opening. The hotel buffet is good and the location has two-rows cars passed. You can also walk a bit more to go to restaurants nearby.

I was very impressed by the staff's level service-mind, they try to accommodate us in every way possible. The location is super great, close to the beach and the male front staff even recommended us to go to the food festival which we didn't know it was being held by the beach. The place is very clean and cosy, the price is very reasonable, and breakfast is also very enjoyable with good quality food. Totally recommended and will definitely stay here again next time I go to Phuket.

Convenient travel, clean, and very good service staff”
Hotel located on main road, convenient transportation. Parking space within the hotel area is not large, but there is a second parking lot on the opposite side which can be reached by walking. Shuttle service is available. The price per night is not expensive. The room is clean and up to standard. Breakfast buffet with a variety of suitable menus. All staff provide excellent service.

The staff are great at the hotel and are very attentive. The rooms are very clean and my room even came with a playstation 4 which was nice. They are pet friendly so that's a big bonus for me. Highly recommended and the location is close to the Tamarind Market and Cicada Market as well as the beach.

Excellent value”
The water in the pool is cold as it is never in the sun. That's the only negative. The chairs are sunny and have umbrellas to shade you. The hotel is very clean, a great location, close to the beach and on the main road for transportation, lovely staff and decent breakfast. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and if you don't care about swimming in the pool then it's perfect!

The hotel is very new and clean. Compact room suitable for a single traveller. Breakfast is also very nice especially stir-fried noodles with no meat which is good for a vegetarian traveller. The security staff uncle is very nice and helpful. Will definitely be back if I need a place to stay in Hua Hin.

Great location, near the beach and on the main road with parking on both sides. Easy access to food and convenience stores. Has a swimming pool. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere, is clean, beautifully decorated, and serves clean and delicious food with a wide variety of options. The bed is soft and comfortable. The shower room and bathroom are small and minimalistic. The air conditioning is very cool. The reception is very welcoming. Overall, it's a great place to stay and I would definitely come back. P.S. Pets are allowed here.

Excellent stay but key card didn’t work everyday?”
First time staying at Ibis which is a super pet friendly hotel (we brought our cat). We got the family room which was spacious with lots of fun with bunk beds and a PlayStation game. Conveniently located, we were able to walk everywhere. Staff were friends and helpful. Overall it was an excellent stay but our key card didn’t work everyday (3 nights) which we had to go down to change every time. Would still highly recommend.

I stayed at Ibis Hua Hin Hotel with my wife on our honeymoon. Everything was amazing. The staff was very nice and friendly. They didn’t ask us for tip or something. Our room was so tidy and comfortable. The breakfast was so good. It was very handy to reach to travel pots nearby like Hua Hin beach, Santorini or Plearnwan. And we really had good memory in there.

Tiny shower cubicle, otherwise a good hotel”
Pleasant stay at this hotel. Friendly staff & very happy parking attendant! Good breakfast, clean rooms. Just one issue with the crampy shower cubicle (triangle shape that's half of a 1 square meter) . Might be an issue for older people with flexibility problems, or larger size person. Or maybe just shower without closing the glass door.

super clean and nice stay with great breakfast. not much of a facility to look forward to so just spend more time at the beach and go to night markets. convenient to all night markets and walking distance to beach and markets. such a pleasure to see furkids around and was really a good stay. family deluxe room is a great one
