One of the best locations near nana station and a short walk to Asok etc. super comfortable king beds newly refurbished. Noteworthy: whilst watching tv isn’t high on the priority list - most other hotels have a plethora of channels including movie channels to snuggle up to in the early hours of the morning after a big night out on town - but not icheckinn 10 channels only - no movie channel. 2nd note: for those who wish to tick it off their bucket list, don’t bother bringing more than one guest back to your room. It’s not permitted and they will stop you. Amazing outdated policy that really should be abolished. A simple no parties rule would be better so it doesn’t discriminate against those who have more than 1 friend. Please also note, 7/1 is teaming with bars and massage hopefuls - not exactly child friendly. Finally having stayed at most hotels in the area - it does have the most comfortable beds - a great nights sleep is guaranteed if you request a room facing away from 7/1 which by the way comes with a fine view of the the hotels along soi 11 at night. Rooms facing 7/1 expect loud thumping boom base until around 2 -3am and then back on at 6pm. Despite the sound dampening widows and curtains - it’s hard to mask - bring your earplugs if you are a light sleeper.

Very good location, just 2min walk from nana bts. Hotel is newly renovated, so the rooms are very clean and fittings are new which is an advantage. While checkin they keep 1000baht deposit and give it back while checking out if everything in the room are okay. I stayed here for 7 nights. Please do not take room number 610 on the 6th floor there is one place above where birds keep on chirping making sounds and definitely you will have a disturbed sleep. Connectivity is the best location from BTS less than 100 meters this BTS & the hotel both have elevators so you can get your luggage easily. The room is spacious and the bathroom is also big clean and nice hot water throughout comes every time. What I didn't like is the 1st thing AC is set as per their system so once you enter the room it will take 30 minutes to get chilled hopeless Carrier duct AC's they have you cannot set the temperature of the AC according to your choice so that's horrible. Staff is rude not nice at all they won't help you much if you have mentioned Do not disturb at the door despite that they will ring the phone from down for room cleaning and I must say the phone ring is too loud it will break your sleep In case you disconnect the phone wire they will cut your room power connection manually again horrible. Overall in this alley there are few hotels one can choose because of the location and yes all these hotels are guest friendly. If it's raining and one can borrow an umbrella from them thank God they didn't charge me for that. In case if you ask for a late check out they will charge 200 TBH per hour Overall I can come back only for connectivity to the city but won't take the same room for sure.
Firstly, its located at the corner of a street with a bunch of go-go bars. Had a lot of embarrassing moments walking in this lane to get into hotel every time I was out. Also, I struggled to find good Indian food options close by, and the only option I found was extremely expensive and moderately tasting. Simply, this location was not suitable for me. Might fit other solo travellers who like to have fun time in the bars. Otherwise, hotel is very close to Nana BTS (2-3 min walk - distance from BTS is why I picked this hotel), lots of bars and restaurants (some were quite decent), and good local and continental food options in walking distance. Had a mixed experience with hotel staff. The lady who checked me in was pretty strict and felt a bit odd. No early check-in and late checkout options. You will be reminded by a phone call 30mins before checkout. I unfortunately reached around 10:30am, had to wait until 1pm for checkin. There is a coffee machine at reception which was awkwardly tasting. Room was clean and nice, with a kettle, TV, fridge, safety locker and hot water. I had other decent 4 star hotels available pretty close to this price, which I should have chosen. They were about few extra minutes away from BTS, but are very much worth. Nice to haves - helpful reception, early check-in and late checkout options atleast with reasonable charges, soke coffee options in room, smart tv for international travellers.
Normally check in time is at 14:00 hrs. according to cleaning the room after departure guest left at 12:00 hrs. If you come early between 6:00-14:00 hrs. your luggage can leave at the lobby. Thank you for your review.

“Modern style hotel right in the action of Nana”
This hotel features very nice and fully renovated rooms. Clean wooden floors which I prefer to carpets. The price was pretty reasonable. It is located on Soi 7/1 and it's an extremely lively area. It suits adult travellers more than families given the Red Light atmosphere around it. Depending on what room you get, it can get a bit noisy as there are bars nearby but, I ended up going to bed generally by the same time these places quiten, so it wasn't a major problem. A good option to keep in mind when visiting Bangkok.
