“Outstanding Location! A Hotel to Fully Enjoy Galway”

It is an excellent base for enjoying pubs and breakfast in Galway or going on tours to various places. The building cannot be said to be new, and it is a long way from the front desk to the rooms, which are dark and do not receive good sunlight. Since a pub is attached, you can hear music late into the night. If you are concerned about this, it might be a good idea to request a quiet room. My child and I were not bothered by these things. Even considering those aspects, it is a hotel with a classical atmosphere, and the comfort of staying right in the middle of Galway is noteworthy. The staff all responded pleasantly as well.

    “Pluses and minuses”

Pluses: -excellent location -big room -air con -comfy beds and pillows -a good choice of TV channels Minuses -Paper thin walls -luckily I had pretty quiet neighbours -my room faced the backside alley where the dumpsters were and they were emptied at 5-6 every morning -if you don’t like Irish breakfast, maybe paying 14€ for the continental one is not worth it

    “Perfection location, friendly staff”

The Imperial Hotel was a great place for my one night stay. Friendly staff who were happy to let me leave my luggage prior to check-in so I could explore Galway, and then an early check-in. Nice comfortable room. Great location. Would return!
