Our stay at Hotel Intercontinental Bangkok exceeded all expectations, especially travelling with a 9mo little one. From the moment we arrived, the experience was seamless and welcoming. Check-in was a breeze, and “Mr. Gun” at the reception not only ensured a smooth process but also made us feel personally remembered and valued. We were delighted to find that our requests for baby essentials - bath tub, highchair, cot, and sterilizer - were promptly fulfilled once we checked into the room. This attention to detail set the tone for our entire stay. The room itself was not only immaculately clean, meeting our high standards of cleanliness, but also spacious and comfortable, providing ample room for all our baby’s necessities and our luggage. Breakfast at the hotel was a highlight of each day, thanks to the exceptional service provided by “Supamas and Team Espresso”. Their friendliness and prompt assistance made breakfast with my LO a stress-free experience. They even went the extra mile to ensure our LO was entertained and provided with thinly sliced fruits, catering to our specific needs effortlessly. The poolside staff (his name escaped me but he was on duty on 27 Mar), was equally attentive and quick to assist. From providing towels and setting up sunlounger to guiding us to the warm pool for our LO, his hospitality added to the overall relaxation and enjoyment of our stay. The hotel is next to Chit Lom BTS and R-Walk, connected to Centralworld, Big C and Siam Paragon. Note: There are flights of stairs and elevators, which could pose a slight challenge for travellers with strollers. In conclusion, our repeat stay at Hotel Intercontinental was nothing short of exceptional. We highly recommend it to anyone seeking a relaxing and enjoyable experience, especially for families with babies.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an excellent experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our stay very pleasant from the moment we arrived. The breakfast selection was impressive, offering a variety of options including halal choices, which we greatly appreciated. During our stay, we accidentally locked ourselves in the room, but the hotel staff responded quickly and resolved the issue in less than 30 minutes, which was very reassuring. The location of the hotel is perfect, with easy access to several malls just a few minutes' walk away. Additionally, the rooms were spotless and comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a day of exploring the city. However, the deposit requested upon check-in was a bit too high. As tourists, we needed cash for shops that don't accept QR, credit, or debit cards. Additionally, when checking out, the deposit is returned in local currency, which posed an issue as we were leaving the country and had no use for the leftover Baht. This policy could be improved to better accommodate international travelers. Other than that, everything was fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, great amenities, and convenient location.

The hotel is centrally located and the room felt new and clean. However, what really made the hotel a cut above the rest is really the service. From the staff at the lift lobby to the entire crew at the club lounge, I was constantly greeted with smiles and great service. Special shout-out to Patchara (hope I spelt his name correctly) from the Club lounge who made the check in and check out process a breeze. I would also like to thank the hardworking housekeeping team who works hard in the background to ensure the room is always cleaned efficiently and impeccably . All in all, I would definitely recommend the hotel to any traveller who values service.
