Very clean and hygienic place. Just cross the road to the beach and lots of food stalls. Plenty of shops nearby so it is very convenient. The hotel also has a swimming pool and cafe. Lots of parking for drivers.

Irin Beach Cha-am is almost situated at Cha-am beach so the location is very good. The room is very cute and clean. Staff are friendly but are having a hard time to communicate in English. The hotel has a small pool to relax. Wi-Fi connection is not really okay in the room, you better need to go to the reception or at the restaurant for a better connection. Breakfast is understandably bad and boring as it is complimentary. Overall, I really had a very convenient and enjoyable stay at Irin Beach.

This is a nice place to stay in cha-am. It is right across from the beach. The cafe attached is nice to grab a coffee or a snack. We had breakfast included in our reservation and it was a good addition to the stay. You get chicken rice soup, fried rice with egg, fried egg, fruit, and toast. They also provide coffee, tea, an orange type juice and water. The room is small but nicely decorated. The beds were a little wobbly as they are on rollers. The hotel provided free bottled water daily and an potion to have to room cleaned daily with fresh towels. The pool is nice but small. The staff are friendly and helpful (if they don't understand use google translate). Overall a good hotel. I would stay there again.

Too hot in Thailand. I swam all the afternoon in the hotel. Jajaja...clear water ,quilt environment, nice room, friendly clerk! The beach is across the road, and we woke up at 5:00am to see the sun rise. So Romantic :)

We've been there for one night and we enjoyed it. Room was clean, staff was affable. Breakfast was more on the Thai side, with rice soup and fried rice, not much food to choose from but it was nutritious, so to say. The sea is really close: you can go there in your swimsuit. The beach is nice there. Lots of food stalls nearby in the evening. Overall impression from staying was pleasant.

Stayed in standard room, no kettle/iron provided. No where to find hot water/drinks machine in the hotel. Location is right in front of ChaAm beach, easy to find food. Hotel building is hot & AC slow to get cold.
