human hair was all over the floor and bed at check in. I was told by staff when I showed it to them that they do not have a room cleaning service. They have screen windows without glass in the rooms, and the staff and other hotel guests have been very loud late at night and very early in the morning. Was unable to sleep. One of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. Lake Toba is a nice destination . So you cant fault them for the location. However everything else is really bad.

I cant say enough about this hotel. The room, bedding, location, shower, wifi and especially the staff are all excellent! Restaurants close by with great food and staff as well. The views are spectacular! After being in Medan I thought I'd died and gone to heaven.

Kamar Lama dengan fasilitas lama”
Kami mendapatkan kamar di bagian bangunan yang lama (krn ada bangunan baru), dengan tangga yg curam. Tidak ada fasilitas air panas, tidak ada shower, ada wastafel yg dibiarkan rusak (hampir jatuh) krn baut di dinding sdh lepas. kamar mandi hanya pakai ember dan gayung. Kamar tidak sesuai dengan tampilan yang dimunculkan melalui agoda.
