What a wonderful place surrounded by natureal !!!”
We booked jungle wildlife camp 1 night 2 days , but We stayed more 2 night because of beautiful place . We are really enjoyed the locatation and place which is superb in Sauraha. The hotel was clean and comfort hat everything you need . The restaurant was really good with view and tasty food . The Activities were perfectly manage . And the view of hotel on the river is fantastic . We had the chance to see crocodile and rhino bathing in the morning just front of the hotel and room. All the staff were very friendly and helpful , great hospitality . The services and facilities were more then we expected

Our jungle safari”
We had a fantastic stay at the jungle wildlife Safari hotel. It is in a great location with views over the river and to the Forrest beyond. On the night we arrived we were lucky enough to have a rhino cross the river in front of the hotel and the staff came to our room calling us to see if we wanted to come down and see. The staff are extremely friendly and will go out of their way to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The food was also great and it is nice to sit on the balcony in the morning watching people canoeing down the river to go on their jungle walks. Highly recommend this hotel.

Best view in Sauhara!”
At time of writing (there are a couple more in development), this is the only hotel that's right on the river. The view is amazing and there is the chance to see elephants and rhinos whilst you're sat having a beer. Staff were very friendly and arranged a customised safari (4hrs in canoe, 4hrs in jeep - awesome, btw!) for 5 people with less than one days notice. Only very minor gripe is cost of food, but it seems all of the restaurants and beers were a bit more expensive than Pokhara or KTM. Would recommend and happily return.

Great Place - Needs more English Speaking Staff”
Really loved the place, facilities were great. **Only more fluent English speaking staff required. Check in pain full as a result of lack of English, not 24 hr. front desk. When you ask for wake up calls before 6:30 not good, **thankfully I had my man in the restaurant more than willing and able to make sure for my tours and departure I received my wake up calls. As with any foreign hotel bedding cleanliness, few laundered stains, rather than replace. Audrey

Amazing staff ”
You really cannot beat the location. Directly on the river. Looking across to the open land of the national park. Breakfast is not amazing but its okay. The main Nepali staff is amazing. I really can not say enough good things about him. I would certainly stay here again.

Okay for a budget stay”
The hotel is below our expectations. Apart from the nice river view, there's nothing much of the hotel that impressed me. Location is a bit off from the main street where you'd need to walk through a bumpy and dark lane to reach the hotel. Room itself is worn out, old furniture and stained towels, poor water pressure and sometimes no hot water in the shower. The person in charged claimed that it's because of unstable the solar energy. It also causes no air-conditioning in the room most of the times. Front desk staff service is below average except the owner in the restaurant who was friendly and helpful. They didn't bother to replenish your towel, shampoo and toiletries until you tell them to do so. There's a small window in the bathroom where people walking outside can see through. We have to use towel to cover it up. Restaurant food has limited choices. But was okay for a budget stay. I'll opt for something better if I ever visit the place again

Disappointed”
The location is lovely. Unfortunately poor management makes for an unpleasant experience. On arrival we were given the wifi password. When I pointed out the wifi was not working I was told I should not expect things to be as there are at home. The first night there was hot water. The second night there was none. I was told there was and told how to work the tap. I said I was knew how to work the tap and repeated that there was not hot water. It seems the solar tank had not been filled. There were some other issues, all of which could be easily resolved by the manager if he would simply hear his guests. The other staff were friendly and pleasant. As there are so many hotels in town I can see no reason to stay here and have to argue over every petty thing. Such attitude I have not found anywhere else in Nepal.

It’s so serene by the river. The staff is very kind and helpful. A perfect spot for wildlife views. We really enjoyed this place. My only suggestion would be to also have some local breakfast foods. Otherwise it was perfect

The location, right on the river with wildlife views, is unbeatable. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable about the local wildlife, able to name every mammal/bird of the many photos I’ve shown them.

Nice view and basic room with balcony, good for the price. Bar tender for breakfast was very kind, they had pancakes! Unfortunately my white blue Patagonia hat got lost in our room and housekeeping did not find it back, strange :(

Basic Hotel with great location”
Don;t expect too much from this place except great location. Its just bank of river. Staffs and management more polite to white skins. Indian or Locals are their 2nd preference. So if you are south Asian may feel unpleasant a bit. Food are great but too much overpriced. You can find foods within 5 min walk towards main road. Overall its great place to enjoy beauty of Chitwan Jangal.

Buena habitación, pero la estada resulto decepcion”
La habitación y el baño eran correctos y limpios. la comida muy gustita, casi no había variedad y las bebidas no incluidas (estas eran caras) lo peor fue el safari que contratamos en el mismo hotel: carísimo, mal organizado y no vivos casi animales. no valió la pena. Recomiendo que se contrate el safari a través de la empresa de la comunidad Tharu. la canoa (íbamos 3 en ralla, 1cocodrilo y 3 pájaros), el paseo por la jungla (ridículo), la visita al centro de cría de animales (como si estuvieras en un zoo), y el paseo con elefantes (los criadores iban gritándose entre ellos y además oíamos el ruido de coches y niños jugando cerca. es decir, no nos adentramos nada en la jungla, solo estuvimos en el perímetro). el guía que nos acompañaba parecía que estuviera paseando perros (no nos explicaba nada). al contratar el safari nos timaron unos 20€.
