My FAVORITE hotel in Thailand”
I've stayed at many hotels all over Thailand. The JW Marriott is by far my favorite. The rooms are next level stunning, the staff is EXTREMELY helpful and polite and the food is incredible. I dined at the restaurant downstairs many times and had such amazing cuisine. Their level of perfection to their dishes is unbelievable. We did a night at Nami and it was incredible. We stayed at the Marriott for 4 days in the beginning of a 21 day Thailand trip and also spent 4 days at the tail end and even tho I saw sad our trip was ending, I couldn't wait to be at the JW Marriott again. I also enjoyed BBCO every morning for a delicious latte. What an amazing hotel. I loved everything about it. Thank you Marriott for making such an incredible stay for us. This is a must visit hotel whenever I go to Thailand. See you in 10 months, Marriott! :)

Wonderful Staff, Comfortable hotel. Central Location”
Its hard to find fault with this hotel. The staff are fantastic. So friendly, caring and professional. Hotel has good facilities, food is delicious and its in a central location close to nightlife, shopping malls and BTS stations. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Spa massages were wonderful, rooms comfortable with all you need, WiFi was good and all in all a really nice hotel. Staff really deserve a pat on the back. Professional but so warm and friendly. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Warm and Wonderful ”
We stayed at the hotel during New year period. X’mas tree and all the decoration was so delightful and elegance. Due to making reservation as executive lounge access, snacks, food and beverages during afternoon tea, dinner and breakfast were so great in term of variety and hygeine. Room cleanliness and staff were great. They try to take care my son during little accident at the hotel (running and falling on the ground) offered iced pack and duty manager follow up call. We are so impressed.

Stunning rooms... awesome breakfast”
I guess this hotel was refurbished over the last couple of years and they did a great job. The rooms are modern, very well designed and appointed with super comfortable beds, a great TV and luxurious bathrooms. As a result of COVID many of the facilities had to close in line with government regulations but the breakfast restaurant was open where they organised around Covid stipulations incredibly well and delivered above and beyond what you would expect even from a regular JW breakfast buffet. I will definitely return.

JW Marriott Hotel Bangkok offers a dignified and respectful experience in the heart of Bangkok. Their Executive Floor on the 16th Floor is highly recommended for coctails and light refreshments. Highly recommend you sign up for the Executive privileges. Breakfast was also excellent with conscientious staff cooking made-to-order eggs, and providing exemplary customer service. Rooms are excellent with prime views of the city. Convenient location to the shopping areas, and nearby nightlife, and sightseeing.

Got a deal for hotel to stay during birthday. When we checked in the receptionist noticed that it was my bd and she offered late check out and a surprise cake(Good to share for 2). Room was nice and clean with Thai contemporary style. We asked for refilled coffee in room and came with 2 bottles of water. We ordered room service for Laab pizza. We went to use gym. Breakfast was very nice and many choices. We enjoyed our stay.

Check-in and out very smooth. Room was very clean and well kept. Bed vert comfortable. Bathroom very clean and great hot shower. Due to Covid some facilities were not available but not a problem. Hotel is close to all types of shopping and restaurants. Look forward to staying again.
