Room is very clean & tidy. Premium location with a luxury shopping mall. Swimming pool & gym facilities are great. Front desk staffs are very professional & well trained. Highly recommend!!!!

I cannot fault this hotel. I travel extensively and it is rare for me to find nothing to grumble about. The hotel facilities are excellent but what really stood out were the members of staff I interacted with. On the one occasion when I was disappointed by the food and told them so, not only did they waive the bill, but emailed and called me to make sure everything else was OK. One female member of staff in the elevator greeted me saying, "Thank you for staying in our hotel." The food in the buffet restaurant was also very good if somewhat pricey. Of the three hotels at Pacific Place, all of which I have used over the many years I have been visiting the city, this is the one I would come back to.

JW is a traditional 5 star hotel. Breakfast is so-so and crowded. TV is on the left side of the bed. The layout is super strange. I wouldn't choose this hotel if there are many more 5-star to choose from.
