“Solo traveller review”
Room - pillow and bed are super comfortable - the double decker bed doesn't make much noise when you move and it's very sturdy - A mattress cover and a pillow cover are provided and you need to make your own bed. Facilities - Induction cooker, knives, refrigerator, pots, pans, fork, spoon cups and chopsticks provided and are well maintained except for certain old pots that turned black or have their anti sticking coating peeled. - Shampoo, soap and conditioner provided. - They have a huge common room away from sleeping area. So i can't hear any noise from my room. The common room has a lot of facilities and even a guitar. It also has the traditional Japanese room set up. Location - Slightly far from Kawaguchiko Station, about 20 minutes walk but this is nothing since walking is expected especially when visiting Japan Cleanliness - Super clean - Value for money It's one of the cheapest option if you want a single room without having to share it with others except toilets and showers. I only see 2 toilets and 1 shower room at the ground floor though. Not sure about upstairs. Overall the accommodation provides a very relaxing atmosphere. Staff are helpful as well and they can speak English. I can see that a lot of thought has been put into making this establishment a comfortable one. Just wish there are more shower rooms available. Otherwise everything else is amazing.
