Staff very pleasant with quick check in. Room was very comfortable. Very comfortable bed and very good shower. Also very clean. All amenities provided, water heater, fridge etc. Swimming pools very good right on th beach. Beach access also good. Food choice and quality in the restaurant very good. With great breakfast. Also close to everything on White Sand Beach.

I had a superb stay at Kacha, the pool was really pretty. The staffs were super helpful. I also love the e-co friendly concept!! The only negative thing was there aren’t many variety of food choices at the restaurant. Also, at the end of every afternoon there is a happy hour but we were forced to get the same kind of drink. Apart from that everything was amazing!

Kacha Resort is located on White Sand Beach. The Resort has beach seating and pool seating. Great clean rooms with all the amenities. Very friendly and professional staff. The breakfast buffet is huge and great quality. This was our fourth time visiting and we will continue visiting! Love Kacha!

Very good location and value for money. Room (Junior Suite seaside) is a 1 bedroom and very comfortable. Breakfast had enough Thai and Western choices. Pool area was well maintained and comfortable. The manager, Mr Unalomrat and his staff were very kind.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!”
Absolutely Loved our stay here. The staff are friendly and they responded quickly To our needs. Location is amazing because it’s right next to a wonderful shallow clear beach. We didn’t mind restaurants being 5 to 10 minutes drive away because we brought our car. The room was also very clean- we can always tell because we have to move some furniture around to accommodate and make space for a toddler’s floor bed. The breakfast is also awesome and you can have the beach view as you eat breakfast and jump right into the beach after breakfast and the pool.

Booked a different type of accommodation but the hotel had a tour so they changed it to a villa. I would like to compliment the staff for taking good care of the customers. The employees were very polite. The housekeeper was honest and left the money in the room and it was still there when we came back after the room was cleaned. The sea was muddy and not suitable for swimming. The food was quite expensive and not like other places. If you are a hotel guest, you will have a discount for breakfast, but it is not varied.

Kacha Resort, my new choice for this year.”
I visited Ko Chang last time in May 2019. Decided i want to come back but choose a hotel with a better location. Kacha Resort did meet my expectations. I booked a ‘gardenbungalow’. Close to the pool and the beach. The frontpicture of the hotel needs be renewed as in reel the hotelentrance looks more better! Breakfast-buffet was just good. For Western style a bit limited though. Hygiene is everywhere top, Staff is genuine friendly. Loved the clean pool and the nice poolstretchers, sufficient towels. Only had a problem with a too loud aircon which problem was nicely solved with offering us another bungalow. The location “White Sand beach” offers enough nice small restaurants with good food and fair prices. A 7 Eleven and even a Makro foodcentre are also in walking distance. I will return for sure. I only hope not too many tourists will come to Ko Chang….

Great get away in Koh Chang”
We were recommended by friends and family to stay here. Rooms are clean and spacious. The pool is wonderful and for those to enjoy “extra long” happy hours…. This is the place to be all whilst enjoying a wonderful sunset. Food was fantastic and when the tide goes down, you can easily enjoy a walk along the shore and enjoy the scenery. Staff was very helpful and polite. This was really a great place to stay! Highly recommended!!!

Best Hotel in White Sand Beach?”
I went through many hotels by visiting them and checked the rooms before I booked Kacha. I really wonder why hotel' s points are so low in Agoda..compared to others it should be 12 or at least 10+ . I even stayed one night in hotel of which valuation is 9 in same price class and you can t compare those, Kacha is so much better in every aspect. Its rooms are big, like 40 m2, and it has wonderful bathroom..mine had both bathtub and shower..ok bathtub is a bit waste of water. The furniture and interior is stylish: it has big wooden furniture with good quality. The balcony furnitures are heavy,nice wooden ones. Even the cloth drying rack and litter bins are wooden. The floor is by stone which means quality. The pool are is big and cozy and sunbeds are excellent. The pool was by the sea. There is poolbar and cafe in pool area, too. Showers were good and stylish. The restaurant opens to the sea. You can watch and hear the sea while having the breakfast,which has enormous amount of choises.

Lovely Beach front Hotel”
Really enjoyed our stay here, the breakfast was good and served on the beach front restaurant. The hotel is split on both sides of the road. This is not a problem. but no sea view from many rooms. There is not a lot of sand in the area by the sea, very rocky not easy to get into the sea. and probably not good for kids. but this is a lovely hotel. Good covid prevention and control. Staff were very nice. Will stay again. Very good price.

Beautiful location on the beach, central to everything, very clean rooms, magnificent pool area. Breakfast was good however I would like to have bacon and a couple of western foods like grill tomatoes etc. Apart from that small thing we had a perfect 3 nights.

Enjoyed our brief stay , wish it was longer. Lovely hotel, nice big , well furnished rooms and very clean. Right on the beach and in the centre of all the bars, shops etc. Excellent breakfast. They even gave us one to take away as we had to leave very early. Would highly recommend Kacha.

All of the staff is very nice and helpful. Two swimming pools. Easy access to the ocean from the restaurant. I have traveled a bit in my life and I am now retired. I do not recall ever having a better Buffet Breakfast. This is my second trip to this Island and I will be back again. This is my first time staying at Kacha Resort and it is where I will stay every time I come back. 👍
