I stayed for one night with four adults and two children, and I was lucky enough to stay in a newly renovated room at a special rate. Among all the hotels and resorts I have stayed at for family trips, this one had the best facilities, room size, and condition for the price. All the furniture was new, so it was clean, and the interior was just the right amount of luxurious, pleasant, and comfortable. The garden view was pretty, but the mountain view from the room was also very impressive. My parents in their 60s were both satisfied and wanted to stay at the accommodation instead of going elsewhere. It's difficult to move around with children, so it would have been better to check-in quickly and rest at the accommodation while enjoying the pretty garden view and the sea view and Olle Trail visible from there. The fact that there was a view of Hallasan from the room and a body view from the garden was also great. The staff were really friendly and seemed to remember the faces of the guests, taking care of every detail and making us feel well taken care of as a family. Even good hotels don't usually take care of everything like that, but the service was meticulous. Thanks to the male staff member in a suit who was walking around the place and the female staff member at the desk, Manager Jo Eun-seol, my family and I were able to stay comfortably. The resort offers a beautiful ocean view, convenience store, laundry room, and friendly staff. Various buses run to most of Seogwipo's tourist attractions, making it easy to get around and share information with locals. However, it is important to actively signal the bus when it approaches to express your intention to board. Inside the bus, it is important to be quiet as the drivers may be tired from dealing with tourists from various countries. The transportation system is different from that of the mainland, so it may feel unique. Overall, the experience was great and highly recommended for those who enjoy walking. Great location and beautiful inside as well as the gardens outside. Even during winter, it's stunning. The staff can all speak English and are extremely friendly, especially thank you for accommodating our early check-in. The Renovated rooms are clean and well kept. The bathroom could feel a bit small, and gets completely wet when showering, but this is common in Asia, so not a problem for us. Highly recommend renting a car.

Nice staff but dirty expensive place”
체인의 일원으로서 저는 이것 또한 큰 기대에 부응할 것이라고 생각했습니다. 유일하게 좋은 점은 친절하고 전문적인 직원들과 프런트 로비였습니다. 어쩌면 모든 돈이 어디로 가는지 알 수 있을까요? 일단 방에 들어가기 위해 복도에 다다르면 카펫, 벽, 냄새가 너무 끔찍합니다. 더럽고 축축합니다. 냄새가 제일 심해서 숨쉬기가 어려웠습니다. 2층으로 가세요. 다른 층은 어떤지 모르겠지만 2층은 역겹습니다. 방 자체는 괜찮지만 예상만큼 깨끗하지 않고 침실에는 에어컨이 없습니다. 수영장은 그것에 비해 터무니없이 비쌌습니다. 어차피 수영장 구역 입장료를 지불해야 했고, 게다가, 물건을 넣고 쉴 수 있도록 수영장 옆자리를 빌리기 위해 터무니없이 많은 돈을 지불해야 합니다. 수영장은 그 돈의 가치가 없습니다. 저희는 더 저렴하고 더 아름답고 깨끗하게 하기 위해 다른 고급 호텔의 수영장과 스파 시설을 이용하게 되었습니다. As part of the chain i thought this would also live up to high expectations. The only good thing were the kind and professional staff, and the front lobby. Which is where maybe all the money goes? Once you reach the hallway to enter your room, the carpet, walls and smell are so awful. Unclean, and damp. The smell was the worst part and it was hard to breathe. Go onto floor 2. I don’t know how the other floors are. But floor 2 was disgusting. The room itself is fine but not as clean as expected and no air con in the bedrooms. The swimming pool was ridiculously expensive for what it was. You had to pay for entry into the pool area anyway, and on top of that, you have to also pay an extortionate amount to rent a seat by the pool to put your things and be able to take breaks. The pool is not worth the money. We ended up using the pool and spa facilities at another high end hotel for a lot cheaper and more beautiful and clean.

Perfect for Family!”
Stayed for a week. Husband, wife, 2 yr old, and grandma joined for the last 2 nights. Love it? Yes Will come back? Yes Initially booked for standard room and got upgraded to renovated room. The bed is move-able so we could set a floor mattress for the kid. Got a fantastic view, pool, garden, sea at the same time. Sadly pool was closed due to the off season (Sept 2024), but we think they could open it as the weather was still so hot despite being off season. Breakfast buffet was great in term of taste and selections. My personal fav was the waffle station, korean sweet and sour pork (for breakfast yes!!), and the fresh Jeju orange juice. Kid had a blast with the steamed tofu and udon. 24/7 CU convenience store and laundry at the basement was super helpful for our case. Laundry and dryer machine works super well. KRW 5,000 per cycle during our stay. Late check out up to 13:00 was provided upon request by the kind staff. A few nitpicks: charger station on the desk was not working. Could add a couple extra towel hooks inside the bathroom. No AC on the second room in the 2BR room, you need to open the door during sleeping. Pillow was either too flat or too hard for my personal preference. Need a small dish rack in the pantry so we can dry the dishes properly. There is a superb korean pork BBQ resto nearby. Look for the green colored pig nose logo.
