The best stay in our Cambodia trip!”
Staying in Khmer House Gesthause was a hudge pleasure for us. The room was clean and comfy, we had everything what we needed. It is a new building in very good condition near the Crab Market, but in quiet and silent area. But the reason that we felt so good there was the extremely friendly and helpful host. He was open to chat everyday, always there when we needed him and prepared for us some exellent dishes at his roof restaurant. Highly recommended hotel from us!

No wifi in the room”
+ The questhouse is near the crab market so the location is quite ideal - yet it's calm and quiet. + The quest house has a really nice restaurant / hangout area. + There are bikes for rent. Though they are not in the best condition but we still enjoyed riding them. + You can get your room cleaned daily if you ask it from the reception. - We didn't have wifi in our room (the room with AC in Agoda). There is wifi in the common areas but the signal wasn't strong enough in our room. But there might be better signal in other rooms. - The other minus in the room with AC (compared to a room with a fan) is that there is no balcony or table with chairs

This place is really amazing! The hosts are kind and take care good of a really nice place. Food is delicious. The rooms are clean. It is mostly quiet and peaceful. We had a very nice stay here! Totally recommended!

Fantastic place to stay and unwind”
Amazing location, Oeun is very friendly and welcoming. Great food very cheap plus the views are amazing!!! You can also rent out a scooter for 5 dollars all day as an added bonus :) HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Lovely, relaxing, friendly staff”
We really enjoyed our stay here. You can borrow bikes for free or rent a scooter for the day for $5!! The staff were beyond friendly and always welcomed you with a smile. It’s a nice relaxing place to stay with good facilities. The only issue is the rooms get very hot and you have to open the door to cool it down (unless you have AC), but it was so worth the money and if we are ever in Kep, we would stay here again :)

It was a nice hotel with good clean rooms and kettle and coffee. Only complaint is no staff there half the time. Just the owner and a cleaner but half the time the owner was not there. Must put on another staff member to be there at all times for security and to help the customers.

Rooms were insufferably hot even with fan on, however they do have mosquito nets. However, beware as there’s no screens on the windows so if you open the window to let cool air in, you will most definitely get bugs in your room. We had a family of very large ants in our bathroom, along with a couple spiders. That being said the staff are really friendly and the restaurant is nice to hang out at. A little out of the way from Kep but they rent bicycles and scooters and also arrange onwards travel and tours for you. Best part of the trip was their lovely dog Blackie haha

It’s supposed they help local people as charity, but it’s not true, they make money with that. Very sad the play with this emotional stuff. Also expect a room full of cockroaches and not so clean, just need to check how clean is under the bed, they didn’t clean since the first day.

Nasty, smelly, sick cook”
The cook was sick. The check in person was rude. The room smelled badly. It wasn't clean. Just felt like a junkies room from back home. Still above most places here in Cambodia.

Beautiful little treehouse”
Absolutely loved our stay here, huge rooms, spacious and unique. The lady who works there all day and night was amazing, helpful and so kind. She really made our stay. Sorted some travel for us and a motorbike too. Only 10 mins from market by bycicle, and 20 mins from beach. Food is lovely and portions huge. Water refils, very handy. Would highly recommend. And thank khmer house and the lovely lady for a wonderful stay :)

Exceptionally efficient and friendly staff!”
If you want to just chill out in a jungle setting or book tours, the Khmer House is for you. Sokeim (p?), owner, takes great care of everybody. She even cooks! Food is a bit pricey, because of the isolation, but good, and served quickly. She also owns a restarurant at the Crab Market. Very pleasant stay, large room with fan, cool enough given shade from trees. They work with Anna travel, so you get get any tour/bus you want easily from the guest house. 20 min walk or short tuk tuk to the Crab Market. No mosquito problem.

Perfect stay !!”
My stay were perfect !! The room was big, clean and cheap ! The hotel is very quiet and i sleep like a baby! You can eat here and food are really good! Also you can have a free tuktuk ride to go to the crab market to eat in their restaurant (very good ! And nice happy hour!) The staff was very helpful and friendly ! You can ride bike of bicycle! It's located near the Kep National Park and you can walk to the beach (around 25 minutes)! Everything was perfect I really recommend you to stay here! You won't regret it for sure !!

Getaway ”
The guesthouse was quiet and clean, outside of the main part of Kep, which was bicycle ride away. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, also cooking wonderful meals. My room was basic, with a bare bones aesthetic, a hard bed and no hot water (not that it was needed), but the a/c worked fine and I was able to sleep without any problem. The common area/dining room was cozy and I injoyed writing there while drinking my tea and eating.

lovely homely atmosphere. we were 3 friends staying in the family room. there are motos and bikes for rent. free tuk tuk to crab market if you eat at their resto which is awesome. they have a pool table and hot shower available at the main house. food in house was cheap and delicious. stafg are friendly, helpful and speak great english.

The hostel itself is nice, with a pool table, cheap drinks, full menu, and they can help you order tuk tuks. Location is walking distance to crab market, restaurants, and bars. Definitely check out the Sailing Club for sunset dinner/happy hour cocktails. The room had a musty smell to it, so I left the fan on all day and night but the bed was very very comfortable! Staff is helpful and friendly too.
