Stayed from July 9 to July 14 — overall a pleasant and comfortable experience. My first time staying in a capsule, and I felt safe, secure, and at ease throughout my stay. Facilities were clean, modern, and well-maintained — exactly what you'd want in a shared space. Occasional noise from other guests fixing bags inside their capsules, but nothing too disruptive. (Just bring earbuds if you're a light sleeper.) The value for money is excellent — great quality for the price. Highly recommend KIN Capsule for solo travelers looking for a clean and peaceful stay. One downside during my stay: For the last two nights, a large youth group (around 20 kids aged 11–16) with about 3 adult leaders checked in. They were very noisy from 10 p.m. to 1 a.m., especially around the locker area, where I also needed space after showering. They occupied the space even around 11 p.m. to midnight, which made it a bit chaotic. and while I understand this isn’t something they can fully control, it did affect the experience slightly. I also didn’t expect to encounter a group booking like that in a capsule hotel, which is usually marketed for solo or quiet stays. ➡️ Still, I’d absolutely come back. ➡️ Highly, highly recommend — just be aware that group bookings may occasionally happen.

Washrooms were clean and cabin provided was clean and spacious. I felt safe as a solo female traveller there. Location is convenient. It is in the middle of two mrt stations Clarke Quay and Raffles Place. Near the Singapore River and the Asian Civilisation Museum. Nearby is also the Market Street Hawker Center. Good for affordable eats. Only downside is like what the other reviewers said, next door to a club so we can hear the base. Other than the normal rustlings of people packing in the room and people coming and going in the night, the room was great. Staff was friendly and introduced the facilities upon check in. Breakfast was provided in a buffet format, not a to go bento, so be sure to make time for it.

I have a wonderful time staying at Kinn Capsule. The staff is very kind and helpful, full of smiles. They attend all my questions about Singapore and my request on my stay. The bed is a little bit firm, but I actually prefer it for my back. The bathroom is nice and clean, the toilet has bidets, and the shampoo and body wash scent is nice. There’s a locker that fits a cabin luggage and a backpack. It’s very handy for safekeeping. With luggage bigger than that, you can put it in the room, just make sure to lock it. What I don’t expect from them is that they provide breakfast! It’s nothing fancy, usually 2 pieces of sandwich and fruits, but it’s a lifesaver and very convenient. If i need a quick stay at Singapore, I’ll definitely come back. Thank you to all the staff who make my stay very enjoyable.

“Stayed here twice; happy to stay here again”
KINN was an amazing place to stay. It's set right in the intersection of Clarke Quay, Chinatown, and City Hall, and there's a bus station nearby. MRT is a 10 to 15 minute walk though. Facilities are quite clean and the ambience is cozy. It seems like there are more female guests than male ones even in mixed rooms. The hostel is well equipped with comfortable mattresses and pillows. The staff were nice and helpful. I felt very safe in both my stays. My only complaints are the pods get stuffy at night. Not so hot that you can't sleep, but definitely takes a while to get used to the warmth. Lower bunk is definitely better for this. Either way, don't pull the curtains all the way down to let some air flow in. The soundproofing is also imperfect, so be prepared to bring ear plugs. They do provide ear plugs at the counter, but those barely do anything. At night, there's sound of night club thumping next door, running water through pipes, and for some reason there was an entire class of middle schoolers screaming and shouting in the lobby during my stay. The ear plugs got them just quiet enough for me to sleep. As others have mentioned, breakfast selection isn't great. There's a mini-buffet of three pastries in the lobby and instant coffee in the pantry. I HIGHLY recommend Fangko House for breakfast. It's one block down along Hong Kong Street and their original coffee blend is amazing. Overall, I can definitely overlook the flaws as this is a great place to stay. Will come here again if I'm back in Singapore.
