KKS Hotel is just a short distance away from Hualien Bus & Train Terminals... rather convenient with eateries around the corner & a 7-11 shop just stone throw away. The room is comfy & spacious, & there services are good. Highly recommended.

Hotel was clean and very comfortable. Close to train station: 10 to 15 minute walk Has free bicycles for 2 hours. Close enough to eateries. Not at centre of town though, but not a problem.

We booked a four person bedroom with 2 queen size beds. The room was very spacious and clean. The toilet is clean and it is equipped with a toilet seat with a warmer, definitely a plus advantage during winter! This hotel is also only 6-8 minutes walk from the Hualien railway station. The free breakfast provided was very sumptuous with many local delights! Overall, our stay was very pleasant and comfortable. Will definitely book this place again if we come back to Hualien again next time!

Best budget hotel near train station”
We arrived on a Thursday and was upgraded to a bigger room. The staffs were super helpful and we can rent bikes for free as well. For this price it’s really worth it!

Nice location- a few mins walk from hualien station with coffee shops and restaurants nearby. Facilities are simple but clean. They would even prepare a breakfast box for you on day of run. Would totally book again for next run!

It's decent for the price, but even though it's a nonsmoking hotel, the first room checked in was full of cigarette smell! Had to request to switch to another room. Also, if you are a light sleeper, the room is not very sound prove.

The windows dont open properly and the air con is an old style vent that blows air into all the rooms. The toilet blocked easily which was pretty disgusting. The TV doesnt have the normal movie channels you would expect in Taiwan. The staff were unpleasant. I stayed in 7 hotels in Hualien and this was the only bad experience I had.

Clean hotel and located near to 7E and just 5-8 minutes walk to Hualien Train Station. Can put your bag temporary before check in. When we went to Hualien, it was wet season and we don't have umbrella with us. They let us borrow the hotel umbrella (for the whole day) which I think not many hotel do so, i consider this is something that need to be mention as extra point. Good service by the hotel staff and some of them can speak English. The best thing about the hotel, they do provide free laundry service which they will show where the washing machine/ dryer location are. Overall, I really enjoy my stay here.
