Large hotel with large rooms and ensuite bathrooms. We had 2 single beds and plenty of room, with an enclosed balcony with a mediocre view. Beds were hard, but staff gave me an extra pillow which was nice.

A Good Solid Stay - Room for a Few areas of Improvement”
1st stay > Room # B12 - Not the last time we would stay. Pro's > Mekong River views \ Tranquility \ Relaxation \ Staff \ New Hotel \ Room Sytle Con's > No Bathroom Amenities ( Ear sticks, Soap Tablets, Toothbrush, Shower Cap etc ) \ Traffic Noise ( especially Double length Lorries ) \ Breakfast It is a lovely new hotel ( opened in 2018 ) built on the shore of the Mekong river. It is absolutely peaceful setting..... Untill the Double Length Lorry's THUNDER past. Not mentioned in any previous reviews is the fact that a Sand Dredging operation is NEXT DOOR. Lorry's ( Sunday night ) Thundered by 24 hours a day ( yes all overnight ) This spoilt our relaxing stay here - apart from that it would have been perfect. The rooms are appointed very well with everything in working order - The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was interesting - No Thai food, only a choice of Sausage, Fried Eggs, Cheap Fatty Ham and lovely tasty Salad. We bought Dinner ( Food and Alcohol ) at Big C Market

Good value for money at this Hotel, will not stay anywhere else in Phetchabun”
I have stayed in other places in Thailand for twice the price and not as good, the room and bed is one of the biggest I have had, a short walk to the food market and restaurants (nice safe area), close to Bus Station (7 to 10 minute walk). Reception speak very little English, the Manager Chartchai speaks perfect English (could not have been more friendly and helpfull). For 450 Baht including Breakfast you are unable to go wrong, will deffinately stay here again

Everything worked perfect. Rooms nicely furnushed.. Breakfast is Thai but very good for the price. Quiet location and 1 minutes away from 20+ pubs and restaurants.

Everything is great! Good location, friendly staffs, good room and clean resort. Breakfast is ok and reasonable at cost, acceptable! One thing that is not that much problem to me but might be other is the bed (mattress) is a bit hard. If you like hard mattress/bed, this hotel is all fine for you...I gave 8/10..

Very nice hotel...big clean rooms and modern. Location excellent only 30m from lakeside bars and restaurants but still a quiet location. Thai style breakfast not toobad and a very friendly owner. Only downside....beds are as hard as the road....if he put in decent mattresses id give 5 stars!

The owner is so helpful and friendly. Excellent Thai breakfast. Located at the nearby restaurants, pubs and coffee shops. The place is just few minutes walk from the Bus Station.

Nice place, no lift, dirty unchanged sheets”
Came on a Wednesday,then traveled north of hotel, but came back on Friday. I had the same exact room both nights. #204. First night noticed a permanent stain on the bottom sheet, I just slept on other side. When we stayed again on Friday, I got the same room again, #204 same sheets same exact stain. Which means they never changed the main bottom sheet. That's just gross. Stain looks like maybe bleach or something, but the fact they didn't change the sheets in those 3 days is unacceptable.

An AK47 lying on one of the kitchen tables. ”
The stay was ok. The bed was as solid as sleeping on a base with no mattress. When I arrived, it was lucky the young girl was there to translate. When I went to leave, there was a confusion over payment. I had thought I had paid by credit card but they were expecting cash. Not their fault but more the agoda/hotel-booking.Com not explaining on the website that payment was to be made in cash. Caused some anguish amongst all involved.
