Clean and good accommodation by the beach. During the afternoon, the water comes up to the hotel's beach, but in the morning, the water recedes. Food is available, and there is a bar and cocktail service in the evening. The atmosphere is good, quiet, and not far from the pier. The resort provides a free shuttle service to the pier. The accommodation also offers a diving boat service and a return boat to the shore. If there are only 2-3 people, the staff can contact other guests in the resort to share the cost of the return boat. The staff is friendly and always smiling. If you want to go to the nearby beach, the hotel provides a shuttle service for a fee of 100 baht per person. Highly recommended.

The room was beautifully decorated in a loft style, and I chose a sea view room where I could see the ocean. My first impression was the lovely scent in the room, which I had to find out where it came from. My second impression was when I stayed with my family in three rooms. Initially, I could only book one sea view room, but a customer canceled their reservation on the day of check-in, so I asked the lovely staff at the resort to change our room. They were so kind and changed it for us without any additional charge. My third impression was the delicious food at the resort, especially the seafood dishes like the squid in black ink sauce, which was the best. At night, there was a small bar where we could relax and enjoy. I really appreciate the care and service from all the staff. I will definitely come back again.

This is my first time staying at Koh Mook De Tara Beach Resort. I found this hotel on Agoda and I agreed with my brother to stay here because we saw the photos of each room type + reviews from other guests and they were absolutely beautiful for our visit! A longtail boat to Mook island departs from Tung Ku pier and takes about 20-30 mins to arrive at the resort. (We’d like to suggest you should arrive at the pier before 12:40 PM because the THB150/person joint long tail boat leaves once a day at 12:45 PM. Otherwise, you may be caused with THB700 for a private boat to the island which most staff at the pier will bother you to pay at this unnegotiable price) 1.We arrived at the resort around 1 PM and the weather was perfectly warm and blue sky combined with a nice windblow from sea breeze comforted us during we waited for the room. The resort was located on the beach and even though there were not so many rooms but good thing about this place was there were 6 rooms with sea view at the resort! The room was painted with loft style and there was a bathtub on the porch to enjoy the sunset. We were upgraded to stay in Deluxe Jacuzzi on our first day by the lady at the front desk and we stayed in Deluxe Ocean View on our 2nd night. The bed was comfy and cozy both room types and there were proper amenities/facilities such as refrigerator, TV, Wifi, bathrobes, slippers, 2 bottles of water, and bathroom amenities prepared in the room. The balcony slide door was an indeed gate to heaven because when you slide the door, you will see the sea view which was one of breathtaking sceneries. Especially with a glass of wine when the sun is ready to set was something phenomenal and you might have a chance to see a pink sea cow from 100 meters away if you are lucky! It appeared for having seagrass dinner from time to time. There was a free Kayak service available and the restaurant & bar were there too. 2.Food was great and tasty.
