“Enjoy a peaceful hotel life in nature.”
I used this hotel for my wedding anniversary. I sent emails in advance regarding my room preferences and the progress of the main pool construction, and I received very polite and prompt replies, which made me feel that this is a hotel with highly trained hospitality. Upon arrival, I was not able to check in early, so I relaxed at the newly completed three-story pool that opened in mid-April before checking in and being guided to room 114. As I hoped, it was a quiet room with a wonderful jungle view from the pool. I was prepared for insects and mosquitoes in this environment, but there were mosquito coils and insect repellent spray provided, so I was able to enjoy my stay comfortably without any particular issues. There is a fitness center and a heated pool, but they were doing construction in the front yard, so workers frequently crossed the main pool and threw waste materials down. Therefore, when relaxing at the main pool, I used the gazebo on the opposite side (to the right when facing away from the restaurant). Breakfast was not a buffet but ordered. For two guests, we could choose up to three main dishes, and I was worried it might not be enough for my big appetite, but the portions were sufficient. The dish that resembled porridge (I forgot the name) at the top of the main menu was very delicious. The shuttle bus, which runs every two hours, was comfortable, and the customer service from all the staff, including the driver, was excellent, allowing me to fully enjoy my time in Ubud. I would like to use this hotel again when traveling to Ubud. Thank you to all the staff for your heartfelt service.

“It was such a really happy time! Ubud is the best!!!!”
With less than a month left before my prenatal trip, I made a flight reservation and while looking for accommodations, most popular places were sold out. In a hurry, I found Komaneeka at Tanggayuda Ubud in the Ubud jungle and booked a premium pool valley villa for three nights. It took about 30 minutes to arrive from Ubud city, but they allowed early check-in and were very considerate since I was pregnant, so my first impression was very good :) The premium pool valley villa had a pool that was larger than I expected, and I happily swam twice a day for four days, haha. The room condition was good, and they kept filling the water so I didn't have to buy any. The restaurant food was delicious, breakfast was great, and I took a cooking class which was so fun, and it was nice to be able to eat tasty food. There was a free shuttle bus to Ubud city that could be used with just a reservation two hours in advance, and it was convenient to change the reservation time as well. I would like to visit again when the baby is born and a little bigger. I had a happy stay here 😊😊

The staff are all very kind. They always care for you and their smiles are wonderful, allowing for a peaceful stay. The views throughout the hotel are breathtaking, and it is very quiet. “Best service”
It was truly wonderful. I was amazed by the staff's service throughout my stay. I even thought about staying longer despite having other plans. The accommodation is very clean. Even though it is literally located in the jungle, the cleanliness was top-notch. The view was amazing, and the food was delicious as well. If you have the chance, definitely try the salmon teriyaki. It's really tasty. Once again, I thank the staff for their service, and I will visit again next time.
