"New Hotel with nice albeit small rooms (it's HKG, after all). Friendly staff all around. Free WiFi. Free shuttle Buses to nearby MTR stop, Malls and even TsimShaTsui. Those Shuttles are needed, as the hotel is located in a dull industrial area in Kowloon East, far from any place the common leisure or business traveller wanna be at. BF is included in the rate, rather unusual for HKG, the spread at the buffet was okay though not great. Rates are rather high, considering the location, so I was not surprised that the occupancy was low and I was the only Pax using the shuttle on two occasions."

"The only lacking of all amenities was a lotion but dont them anyways. The only concern we had is that we had the same variety of foods for breakfast buffet every day. The Bus station was just a few walks away from the hotel take a U-shape walk, From the Airport take the bus A22 and it will take you to the bus station across the street of the hotel just pass through the bridge. Try the dumpling store (bafang) was just across the bridge from the hotel, too bad we just saw it the night before we check out because the view from the hotel block the signage of it. The bed was nice and comfy. The tv channel choices were limited. The cleaning lady was so nice to us and greeted us every time."

"The rooms are very nice size for Hong Kong and fairly priced compared to other areas of HK. The bedding and bed itself are very comfortable and not hard like so many other hotels in HK. Bathroom and shower nice size and clean and new. Room nicely decorated and fresh, new and very nice in my opinion. Has 2 vending machines in lobby that take Octopus card and cash. Location would be biggest issue unless you mainly plan to stay in Kowloon Bay. However Kowloon Bay MTR is a moderate walk from the hotel ( not close, but definitely walkable in 15 min for someone in good health ). From Wanchai/Causeway Bay there are night buses for HK14 that will get you close enough to walk back after MTR shuts down ( N121 and Kwun Tong Mini Buses). Cab from HK Island/Wanchai about HK100, but savings on hotel are much more. Harder to find 24 hour 7-11 as most near hotel close at night. 24 hour McDonalds a bit farther then MTR located in Amoy Gardens complex."

"Love the look and amenities of this hotel! It is very modern, clean, and hipster. My ONLY negative comment on this hotel is the LOCATION. It was a little difficult to find at first, but is only a 10-minute walk to the MTR. I could actually see the MTR run outside my window. Since I was struggling to find the place by walking, I got a taxi, who did not know how to get around to it from the MTR. The road to get into the alley is a one-way street that can only be accessible via the freeway. The hotel is hidden between car repair shops and construction sites. Be cautious when walking through the alley leading up to the hotel, it is VERY dangerous. I had multiple encounters with busy workers speeding through the alley in their pallet fork machines. I would only suggest this hotel to those traveling as a couple or groups. As for a solo female traveler, like myself, the walk back to the hotel at night was a little worrisome. "
