“Affordable price and not bad access to transportation.”
It's reasonably priced and not too far from public transport. It's a 5-minute walk from the station. It takes about 30 minutes by bus to Kifune Shrine. There's also a bus stop for Kyoto Sangyo University nearby. However, there aren't any convenience stores close by, and there aren't many places to eat at night.
