The devil is in the washroom”
Everything about this hotel is excellent except the washroom. Location is great - accessible through lots of transportation. Room is spacious and clean with everything you need for a stay. Staff are very helpful as well. The only thing that i found disappointing is their choice of toothpaste and toilet paper. The quality of toothpaste is just bad - I found it hard to clean my teeth thoroughly with it. As for the toilet paper, it was so crispy and easily shredded apart which sticked on my skin. But overall, the stay was a good value for money.

Have available Accessible room for wheel chair hotel guest. Book in advance. 10mins walk to APM mall so Taxi not keen to take passenger back to hotel which is about 5min drive for low fare. Also walking distance to outlet stores of major sport brand. Need taxi to cruise terminal, about 10min away,

Everything is nice and clean. The room is quite big (based on Hong Kong standard) and the facilities are also good. The location is also great as it's not packed with traffic. Would recommend to other travelers and definitely will come again.

Value for money”
It might be a little bit far from city but if you want to have a good rest by avoiding noisy street/crowd, this is the place. 5 minutes walk to Ngau Tau Kok MTR. The room is spacious and clean besides, the water pressure is a plus point.

Booked this hotel for my realative who needs to be near Kai tak Crusie Terminal and they were delighted with their stay at this hotel. They had big rooms which was bigger than Hongkong standard sizes and they loved the espresso coffee. they told me it was a pleasant stay and i was happy to know they like it,

Affordable location for business travel to Kwun Tong area. ”
Not a good location for tourists, but if you have business in the Kwun Tong area it is handy. Nice rooms, restaurant, gym and pool. Lits of "local" restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Short walk yo APM mall with Western and Chinese restaurants, and to train for excursions to tourist areas.

Very nice hotel”
The hotel offers very nice rooms and if it's a clear day you have a great view of the city. The staff was also very friendly. I went during February so the rooftop pool was empty so couldn't go for a swim which was unfortunate as it was still quite warm. Not much nearby as in bars or western style restaurants but there is a street offering local style food which was really nice about 10 minutes walk away. If your looking for somewhere without the busy crowds of say Tsim Sha Tsui this is a good place. There is a taxi stand outside the hotel. I was told about 45 minutes to an hour to the airport. We left at 7.30pm and arrived within 35 minutes.

Riots? Not really a problem here!”
Came in during the start of the peak protest period. Area didn’t have an protests during stay hence, it was a comfortable stay. The shopping mall APM is nearby as well. Just a 10 min walk straight from hotel. However, hotel is quite far from the tourist hotspots and especially the HKZM Bridge to go Macau. Please be advised on the travel time as it is quite far. Overall, pleasant stay & extremely helpful staff. Highly recommended place to stay!
