Friendly, approachable and knowledgeable staff with special compliment for Miss Natalie from the front office reception for her great service. She is definitely an asset to the hotel. Family room”
The booking website basically forced us to book an extra bed for our 5 year old (the room already had 2 queen sized beds), despite us knowing that the little one will share the bed with her mom. When checking in, we were asked if we really need the extra bed and we didn't, but there was no way of getting a refund for that (60CAD per night), no matter how hard we tried. We then got upgraded from the 31st floor to a much larger corner unit on the 81st floor and that (sort of) made up for that wasted extra bed charge. I'd recommend to others with one child - don't mention your kid when booking, as the Hotel doesn't seem to care about that fact. Super friendly staff, great view and location - 8 minute walk to Metro station. And for smokers? Must do that habit outside :)

New Year Staycation ”
We spent 1 week at Nina Hotel in Tsuen Wan West, as we have been in this Hotel many times. The Location is easy access to all public transport. We took Subway from Central. The Hotel is big. Have many restaurants, coffee shops and groceries inside if the Nin Tower. We choose the high and big room. Staff are attentive and helpful. Breakfast is great, Dinner is great and very convenient. Swimming pool, gym and meeting areas. Overall perfect. 🥰 Thank you very much. Happy New Year!

Front desk: great Room: no complaints (have stayed multiple times in January) Worth mentioning, spilled water on the floor, wiped it with a white paper, tissue remained pure white (you know what I mean!) However... not sure if a previous guest had wet the tea bags or coffee or for some other reason. On the day of check-out, made coffee in the morning, took a few sips and found it to be lighter than before so didn't drink it. Soon after, started vomiting and having diarrhea, ended up being late for check-out. Told the front desk directly that I wasn't feeling well so I was late, is there a nearby toilet? Front desk kindly said it's downstairs Oh... 9th floor Front desk asked kindly: Did you eat something wrong? Then quickly helped me check-out and took me to the 9th floor Outside the door, I asked if I could leave my baby outside the bathroom! Front desk immediately told the staff present + the cleaning staff Mommy isn't feeling well, please watch the baby for a while After vomiting, the staff smiled and said the baby is sleeping, so well-behaved and didn't wake up Although I thanked them and left. Finally, when I got to the ground floor, I remembered that it might be the coffee, so I gave feedback to the staff downstairs and they replaced the tea bags and coffee powder in the room to avoid the next guest feeling unwell. Because I didn't eat anything, only took 2 sips of tasteless coffee. *P.S. Every time I go to Silka, I also use the tea bags in the room to make coffee, no problem at all! The tea is also very fragrant and strong! Walking around nearby: Wellcome, upstairs, Watsons on 2/F, food market gathering nearby, Aeon next door, Yata, tea houses in Tsuen Wan Plaza, Marks & Spencer, wet market near Tsuen Wan New Town Plaza, ParknShop in Sea Crest, Tai Cheong, hktv mall, Hung Fook Tong, Tong Kee near Tsuen Wan West Station Near Tsuen Wan West Station, can walk from Exit C through the mall! or walk on the ground from Exit E The facilities in this mall make me tempted to live in Tsuen Wan! Every time I go to Yata Aeon, I always have a big bag~ Afterwards, going home is so painful v(◦'ωˉ◦)~♡

I have a very present experience during my visit to Nina Hotel, I am going for family visit and celebrate Birthday. They gave me a great room, though I detected someone smoking next door, I called the help desk, they can’t stop the guest in other room, but they help to apply air refresher, to help the smoking smell not as bad. Experiencing the service of Hong Kong hotels, it's so thoughtful”
From the moment I entered the hotel, the concierge left a deep impression on me. They provided excellent service and helped me with my luggage upon arrival. The check-in service was also very good. When the bellhop took me to my room, they introduced the hotel's facilities in detail and told me that I could ask the concierge if I needed anything. Later, when I went downstairs to find food, the concierge gave me clear directions, which was very thoughtful! The room was clean and tidy, and I had a very good impression of it when I entered. After visiting the room, I felt that the hygiene was very good, and the room was well-equipped. The room service was also very thoughtful! This vacation made me very happy! I will come again next time! I hope that I can feel the excellent service again next time I come!

Spacious and comfortable room with high cost performance”
The hotel is conveniently located with several large shopping malls downstairs and a variety of Chinese, Western, Japanese, and American food options. There is also a supermarket nearby. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable! The lobby and corridors are also very spacious, with many places to sit and wait. The front desk service is very good, and I especially appreciate the express check-out service! The only downside is that there are not many TV channels in the room, and I couldn't find the ones I wanted to watch (I don't know if it's because I don't know how to use the remote). I will stay here again in August! 😄

Accomodation was great, big rooms, high floor, clean all the time, cleaner came 2x to clean our room as my partner was tired and was resting in the room until 6pm, also very helpful staff. They solved all our requests with friendly manner and very efficiently too. Locations is great too if you like stores around you :) I highly recommend anyone to stay here and I will definitely come back if I fly to Hong Kong again.

Bigger bang for the buck”
The hotel location is not very next to Central but we could have literally peacefully exciting view across TsuenWan River (not sure the name of it tho) down to Kennedy Town and Central Wan, nice staff and clean room. Stayed for a week and like to give two thumbs up!

Good Proposal Option”
I choose one of the rooms in Nina to set up for my recent proposal. Front desk was more than nice to allow me to check in earlier that day in order to decorate the room, they were most delightful in assisting me throughout. The afternoon view of the bay straight from the room was spectacular, which was even better in the next morning. Nina's location is convenient but not overly crowded, I would love to go again.

If I was to nitpick, the only things would be the quality of the meal and the lack of interesting facilities here. Other things such as customers service, room view and cleanliness, and especially the bath tub and the mirror in the bathroom is very decent. The tv might be a bit old school but then you have LAN and Wi-Fi so you can watch it on other devices. I would recommend it to anyone who want easy, fast, midrange priced hotel. It’s the simplest solution
