This hotel has received excellent reviews for its friendly and accommodating staff who provide top-notch service. Rooms are spacious, clean, and equipped with comfortable bedding, ideal for families with young children. Enjoy beautiful sea views, an onsen bath, sauna, and a breakfast buffet with plenty of delicious options available until 1:30 pm. The hotel's location is convenient with shuttle service available to the night market and city.
Few guests noted rooms outdated, impractical design & soft beds for those with back issues.

it was one of the best hotel for my trip. worth going for the room with seaview. room was big and clean. bed was comfortable. Breakfast with good varieties and most importantly delicious! Location might be not so convenient tho. Staff were the best. accommodating and advise me what can be done with my booking issue. Thank you!

Had previously stayed here 2 years ago and was very impressed with the hotel cleanliness and staff hospitality. Without a doubt had to recommend my parents to choose this hotel when i knew they were visiting Hualien. Great location with eateries just across the road. Team had reached out beforehand to ask if shuttle service was required. Due to circumstances, they couldn’t take the provided service but the staff then offered alternative arrangement which saved them the hassle of planning how to travel from Hualien Station to the hotel themselves. Really impressed by their hospitality and proactiveness. Overall a great stay and positive experience as what my parents said.

We had a wonderful stay at Lakeshore Hotel Hualien! A special thank you to Ms. Ting Li at the front desk—she was incredibly kind and accommodating. She noticed we were traveling with kids and kindly arranged for an early check-in, which we truly appreciated after a long journey. Our room was spacious, with a huge bathtub and a fantastic view. The hotel is also very family-friendly, with a playroom that our children really enjoyed. There are also plenty of great restaurants within walking distance, making it very convenient. Highly recommend this hotel for families visiting Hualien!
