Offering a sun terrace with panoramic views of the Andaman sea and surrounding mountains, Blanco Hideout Railay boasts a swimming pool, an on-site restaurant and 2 bars. Guests can sunbathe or relax at a communal terrace. Free WiFi is available throughout the property. All rooms and bungalows are air-conditioned, while each bunk bed in the dormitory room has a power socket, a reading light, a towel and a personal locker. The private bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilets. Guests can participate in a pool and a boat party at Blanco Hideout Railay. An array of activities are offered in the area, such as snorkelling, rock climbing and kayaking. To get to the Railay Beach area, guests have to take a boat.

Excellent”
Blanco is the place to stay on Railay. The staff and the social scene here are both awesome. The rooms are pretty standard but you won’t be spending much time in them thanks to the amazing pool and nightly events. Would definitely recommend!

This hostel is a party hostel, which is not clearly stated on the Agoda website. Keep this in mind! The value for money is rather poor compared to other hostels . The price for a private room in a nearby hotel is not much higher and on Ao Nang hostels offer more comfort and are half as expensive as this one. I would only recommend this hostel if you are there to party, otherwise chose a hotel on Railay or a hostel on the nearby Ao Nang and do a daytrip to Railay. In this way you'll get more value for money.

Nice clean hostal! You can’t stay further away from the lovely beaches, but still it’s only a 10 min walk. Lovely staff who can help you plan you’re ongoing travels. Really nice restaurant just down the steps. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Nice hostel, pool, nice view, cheap drinks. Room for improvement: Cleanliness and my shower did not work that well. However, in sum I would definitely recommend it!

The bathroom stunk a lot. The blankets were not changed they use it again for the next guest. Lots of very drunk people. The air condition is way too cold, you can't change the temperature. It's cheap but way overpriced for what you get!!!

Great Hostel”
Reasonable price for staying in Railay beach. The location was good and our 6 mixed dorm room was nice and clean. There was AC in the room but they turn it off between 12-5 because people are usually out around the time. The hostel had a bar for people to hang out, but it was quiet enough for me to sleep at night. I would highly recommend this place for backpackers!

It was covid so there was noone there so it was a pity as it would be great to have drinks around the pool as it is a trek to go up and down 116 steps if you to to the bar

This is a great place to stay during your trip! The staff here is very nice and helpful. I'm a solo traveler and I think this place is perfect for me. You pay very cheap but you get everything like the pool in front of your room and the nice views of the sea! If you have a limit budget like me or don't want to spend too much money on the accommodation but save it for the trip, I recommend this!

The hostel is great, well-organised, beautiful location, swimming pool, air-con dorms, clean. The staff was nice and kind except for the Thai guy with long hair who never returned a smile and had quite a rude attitude to us.

Okay kind experience”
It's on the top of a hill and have to climb many stairs.. But once reached I liked the vibes and ambience of this place.. Staffs are friendly as most of them are from other countries.. In my room I didn't got the wi-fi signal.. they have made their rooms look like cottage which are quite nice.. I just loved the swimming pool there and the view of the sea from the top of the hill..

The hostel is the only one on railay beach and is targeted as a youth hostel. The rooms are clean and have plenty of room with a bathroom for the room that includes a shower. Lockers and power for each bed. The hostel has a good environment and it is easy to meet other travelers either in your dorm or on the social activities organized. The staff are great and really helpful when needing any help! The only con is the island is expensive overall but nothing to do with the hostel!!

Noisy bar downstairs”
If you get put into the room on the right (facing inland) and closest to the sea, please BEWARE. Although the hostel bar closes 1030pm, the bar immediately below the hostel plays techno/club music until 130am everyday. The music is crystal clear and the bass was so loud that my window was vibrating. I can’t imagine anyone getting any sleep before 130am.

Favourite place in Thailand ”
Been backpacking for just over 2 weeks now but this Hostel is by far my favourite I have stayed in. Something for everyone, if you like to party they have activities everyday and easily include anyone interested. If you want to chill it’s one of the most beautiful beaches just around the corner. Would absolutely return here and recommend my stay.

I would definitly recomment this hostel of you like to party, relax or just enjoy cool atmosphere with loud music around the pool. I enjoyed the place a lot. The view is absolutely amazing. You can sometimes see monkeys jumping in the trees. The rooms are clean and fresh. This was a very enjoyable stay.
