Extra for car park is 10 euros. Had the feeling that the hotel was not maintained at all since la visit few years back. The staff is trying their best to compensate but still. I wouldn't recommend at this time anymore. Until owners confirm investment in mattresses and clean up the whole place... looked run down.

Le Cannet area is a step back to old Cannes. The hotel is what you expect for the cheaper price but the staff are excellent t and the secure parking was not mentioned on Agoda. A real bonus! 2 streets up the hill is Le Cannet. The view and cafes/bars are sublime. Highly recommend Gabin for l’apero and tapas.
