The location is great, in a quiet suburb on the river but a short taxi ride to the city centre. Several good local restaurants nearby walking distance. Rooms are modern and very clean. Lovely and helpful staff. Good breakfast with egg station and local specialties. Excellent spa and swimming pool. Beautiful old trees on the property. A very relaxing stay and a good base to explore the sites that are no more than 20-30 min drive away. Would definitely stay here again and choose it over the city centre location.

Lovely hotel, Beautiful grounds and pristine. check in staffs are professional and polite. Bedroom is large and bed is so comfortable, everything is nice . Breakfast wasn't great as remembered, lot of varieties but taste less, it's not authentic tastes, probably for foreigners, so it's understandable. Still highly recommend this hotel , still the best.

This hotel is considered close to the Midosuji Line subway station but is not suitable for those with heavy luggage, as there are quite numerous stairs and no elevators. Walking to the shopping area in Shinsaibashi, near the Glico sign, feels rather far compared to staying in Namba or Shinsaibashi. The staff service is good, and the room size is average for accommodation at this price point in the area. The amenities are complete, but the cleanliness provided by the housekeepers is not very good. They don’t tidy up properly and only clean the open areas without moving or organizing anything. For example, the shoes are left in the same position upon return to the hotel, and the table with water spots from the cold water bottle is still wet, so guests have to wipe it themselves.

Everything was perfect. The staffs were really helpful during my stay. As I eat halal food and the hotel breakfast buffet is not certified halal, the manager Aoi, helped to ensure that a special meal was prepared for me and I am truly grateful for that. Other staffs were super great and helpful too. Room was super clean and tidy, spacious and really worth my money. Facilities were well maintained well kept and overall I really enjoyed my stay.

“A friendly and peaceful atmosphere with the high standard”
I've stayed here for only night and I thought I should come back here for the following time. The thing I like the most in this resort is the attitude of staffs here. They are willing to support us and offer a welcoming and the best services as they can. I loved the way they arranged the room on the highest floor, which has the higher ceiling and large area. That make us really comfortable. The price is also acceptable for the 5-star service to me. I highly recommend this place for any trip to Chiang rai.
