First time in Bangkok”

Loved the rooms in Le Tada Residence. Staff were very accomodating, they allowed us to pre-check-in, at around 12nn and allowed us to leave our bags as we walk around the area. We were allowed to enter the rooms at around 1:45. Rooms were very clean and spacious. With hot and cold shower. With usual free stuff (e.g. drinking water, coffee, sugar, creamer, etc). Room has a hair blower too. But you have to bring your own tooth brush and tooth paste. Location was perfect for people who wants to go around Bangkok in a limited amount of time. Best thing here is that it's two to three minutes walk away from the Victory Monument BTS Train Station which means you can go everywhere from here without paying too much for taxis. Airport, Shopping district area, Mo Chit area, you name it. Only time we rode a taxi was when we went to the area with temples (i.e., Grand Palace, Wat Arun, Khao San Road area). All the rest were accessible through trains. Would definitely stay here again when I come back to Bangkok. Thanks! P.S. Try their Thai Massage service in the ground floor, it's pretty good too.

Exceptional”

Our stay in Le Tada Residence was wonderful. Outside the balcony is a park where you can wake up to every morning. The room itself is big, you won’t complain of the space it has, it made packing so much easier. There are also a lot of convenience stores nearby and open for 24 hours so you won’t go hungry. What my family and I also liked is that this is very near King Power, Center One Shopping Plaza and Century Movie Plaza; the former being branded and latter 2 selling cheap items. There is also a BTS in walking distance, and street food too! And if you’re looking for a Thai Massage, there is one directly below the hotel, and on the neighbor hotel beside. The only complaint we have is our glasses weren’t cleaned when our room was made up. But overall, I would definitely recommend this for a family traveling in a large group, and I would definitely stay here again.

It was a last minute decision to holiday in Bangkok. Found this place within my budget. Wasn't aware there's a newer La Tada Parkview hotel adjoining, I think they share the same swimming pool and dining room. It turns out that Le Tada Residence's room was bigger. Room with tiles (and not carpet) and bathroom were clean. The staff were friendly, caring and diligent. I find the location best suits me as it's in the middle of Chatuchak and downtown Siam Paragon. By grab, it's 140baht from Chatuchak, 90 baht to Platinum Mall, Siam Paragon. Don't bother with BTS - Victory Monument station, it's a 8-min walk away Will certainly return!

Excellent hotel with great facilities located in a good part of the city”

My husband and I stayed at Le Tada for a 11 nights when we visited in December. We used it as a hub and left our belongings there while we visited other parts of Thailand. From the helpful attendants that greet you as you get on to the property, to the friendly and efficient front desk staff, to the spotless room, to the facilities like the pool and small gym - our stay at Le Tada could not have been better. We come every Christmas holiday and we are always happy to come to Le Tada. Thank you for the kind hospitality and we look forward to next time!

Excellent hotel with warm staff and great facilities”

My husband and I stay at Le Tada every time we visit Bangkok. The rooms (in the older building) are spacious and very clean. The attendants that greet you with your bags and welcoming and helpful. The front desk staff are knowledgable, friendly, and professional. The cleaning staff ensured that our rooms were well looked after everyday. The pool and gym, although a bit small, certainly add value to the property. We can't wait until our next visit - thank you for always making us feel so welcome!

Some thoughts based on my 4 days of staying at the hotel for other travelers'consideration”

Location: La Tada is located in a very convenient place which easily links you to make-life-easiler facilities such as BTS (around 400m), seven eleven and Lotus (around 400-500m), coffee houses (300m), local food shops (400m), particularly, a small but nice park opposite the hotel where you can enjoy peace and fresh air in a noisy and crowded city. It attracts lots of people, both local and non-residents who have diverse activities throughout the day there (most crowed time is early in the morning and late in the afternoon) such as jogging, doing parallel bars, feeding fish, watching birds/flowers/squirrels, or simply stretching out on the green grass... If you go there with your family (with old people or children), the park is a good place for them to relax after exhausting visits around the city. Even, booking a room with view over the park also helps you release stress by watching that sub-climate complex. Hotel facilities and services: Staffs of the hotel are useful and friendly. Some of them cannot speak English well but for me, their attitude compensates. WC is small and too simple (I stayed in a family room with balcony). It doesn't fit the room: a family needs not only spacious room but also toilet. The swimming pool is small but can meet your quick need of relaxing. We can't ask more for this classification (well, Le Tada is not Pullman). Massage: a bit more expensive than massage shops nearby (300B for Traditional Thai Massage compared to 120B by those shops) but I chose the service of the hotel given it has better quality in terms of hygiene, privacy and good attitude of the staff. I saw many other guests using the service as well. Others: The road to the hotel Soi 3 is one way which can make your way a bit further if you are on a car. So, make sure you tell taxi/Tuk-tuk drivers about that. The hotel serves lunch with reasonable price (around 150B per unit) for people who can't walk out for some reasons. Diner is not served. Very good”

The eight of us stayed there for 5 nights and occupied 3 rooms. The experience was generally pleasant. Le Tada location is excellent and central, which is not far from anywhere. The staffs are friendly and helpful, especially that the concierge always helps block the traffic when we cross the road. A few improvements needed: 1) The breakfast variety is monotonous and does not offer much, especially we see almost the same food over the five day stay. The fruit juices were not fresh juices but made from powder or concentrates. 2) The "Residence" block where we stayed, while the rooms are big, the room and restroom set-up are really to the 4star 'hotel' standard, as in they do not have the clothe hanging string, etc - it feels like a studio apartment unit. 3) The water heater did not work for one of the rooms we stayed until the 3rd day.

This hotel value for money. Clean, no noisy, can enjoy the facilities such as gym room and swimming pool. Downstairs have massage central,not so expensive. The bed and pillow in this hotel definitely comforted. But this hotel not so near with Pratunam market, but if you take a grab car or uber its only cost around 89 to 100 baht. Walk around 5 minutes alot of 7-11 infront the hotel. I will stay this hotel if i go Bangkok again.

Friendly hotel with a wonderful location”

At a reasonable price you have a very nice hotel (or residence , cheaper, if you prefer), in front of a beautiful in well maintained park. Location is ideal, close to BTS and Airport link. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Rooms (I had several time room in residence) are clean, large and well equipped. Breakfast is OK. A fantastic offer !

Good location, excellent service”

Very nice hotel in 2 parts.The residence is the older part with spacious rooms. Some rooms overlooking the park have small balcony but this is not suitable for children. Breakfast and service excellent from all staff and reception staff were outstanding. Small pool but could do with a few more beds.once again on a safety aspect not suitable for children unless supervised at all times. Only aspect of cleanliness I could criticise was the floors in the rooms which needed wet cleaning as your feet got dirty and the balcony and rails needed cleaning. Area good and safe.10 mins walk to skytrain with easy and quick access to all parts of the city. Very good value for money and would stay again.

What a rare find in Bangkok. Le Tada is just opposite a park with leafy green. Nice and quiet with all the amenities. Short walk to Victory Monument Station and 10 mins walk to airport link. The family room spacious and clean.

Nice hotel and location”

The location is nice, very near King Power Duty Free and Victory Monument BTS (around 600m) which is convenient to go everywhere. The surrounding area is peaceful (opposite a park), unlike the busy Pratunam market area; and when you go out of the soi (lane) there are a lot of shops (coffee shops, restaurants, street food and 7/11 store), . The staffs are friendly, especially the front office guy who helped us with our luggages. The room is comfortable and clean, not so big but I don't think it's a problem; however the hotel doesn't provide toothbrush and toothpaste (this is quite weird because almost all hotels have this) so remember to bring your own. The pool is quite small but nice. Quite good overall.

Very good hotel in a fine location”

Fine welcoming and friendly reception. Green park in front of the hotel and clean quiet swimming pool at the hotel/residence. People and doors in the corridors rather noisy. But big good rooms, great bed, good bathroom, fridge, coffee/tea making fac. 2 buildings, so take care. Near BTS and a lot of restaurants, shops, malls. Did not take breakfast here.

Reasonable price hotel during promo ”

Good promo rate Residence interior kinda old but at reasonable price . Hotel block design is nicer . Location not bad with few good local restaurant which serve local delicacies at reasonable price , but not many choice of massage parlour. But what’s good just a short walk to victory Monument BTS station which makes it convenient with just 2 stop away to Siam station.

Excellent Service”

The location is quite good, near to 7-11, King Power (Duty-Free) and restaurants. If you want to go for shopping to Platinum Mall or Pratunam Market, the cab fare/grab car is 80 - 110 baht. They have a great staff, they are very friendly and they upgrade my room to suite room, Love it! The room is so spacious and very clean. Yummy breakfast!

Hotel is clean and new”

Hotel is very spacious and new. However it's 1 km distance to pratunam market. U can slowly walk to there or take tuktuk/ taxi. Will definitely book again if come with family. A good choice for family travellers

Excellent place to stay”

I stayed here several times in this trip in the main hotel and the residence which is the cheaper option. Both were very clean, staff were really helpful. The place is new and has a great pool and little gym. The buffet breakfast is of a high standard; overall a really good place to stay

The rooms are spacious and clean. The location, the friendliness of the staff. Is another plus. The breakfast is an excellent reason to get up in the morning. For sightseeing within Bangkok and near by cities, vehicle of any size can be booked via a tour desk and the staff there is helpful and friendly too. This is the place my family and I will stay whenever we touch down Bangkok.
