Although on arrival we thought we may be too far from the old town we were happily proved wrong. Its an easy few minutes stroll to old town and river. The staff here are lively and helpful and offer free push bikes help with getting to and from hoi an. They sent a car to da nang to collect us which waited for us while we visited marble mountain on the way and that was only 550000 dong (£16-17). Room great bed huge and comfortable very clean, even an outdoor shower in my courtyard area!! There is an indoor one too though!! Breakfast included and good choice. Definately recommend

We are so happy that we decided to stay here. The location is perfect and the villa is super cute. The service is exceptional, rooms are spacious and have balconies, beds are comfortable, breakfast is delicious, and pool is so clean and very inviting. This is a family-owned business so it gives you the opportunity to interact with locals. I highly recommend staying in Little Town Villa!

This hotel was perfect. They had bikes for us to go see the sights of the city, breakfast delicious and homemade, the room was lovely, clean and comfortable and the location was great. And the staff were very kind and helpful. They even prepared an early breakfast for us when we needed to leave for the airport at 6am. Highly recommend.

Best value for money and amazing location! Short walk from everything you need AND the villa has bikes so you can get to the beach. Breakfast was amazing and Tan Tan next door for clothing was the BEST. Very efficient and detailed clothing. Overall the villa was wonderful with very kind and helpful staff. Will be recommending all family and friends to stay here

Little Town was a fabulous hotel for our family of 4. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. They assisted with tour ideas , maps, restaurant choices and transport. The room was very clean and well appointed. They had bicycles to use, but we didn’t want to be on the busy roads with our 7 year old on his own bike, so we walked in and out of town often. It wasn’t too far at all. Buffet breakfast was quite nice. They had both Vietnamese and Western choices. Banana pancakes and coco pops were a favourite for our kids.

Little town Villa is a rare find! The location is excellent…just far enough away from the noise but a quick walk to the center. The quality of this hotel is stellar…beautiful wood floors, marble counters, wooden armoires, and satin robes. Breakfast is excellent, both western and Vietnamese.

The rooms are very large and beautiful…wood floors, marble tile, armoires, lots of windows. The beds are large and comfortable. Breakfast is both western and Asian and delicious. The staff is so kind and helpful and speak pretty good English. Highly recommended!

Lovely Boutique hotel close to Old Town”
I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is just a quick 5 minutes walk away from the busy old town area so the location is great. There are some nice restaurants on the walk to town such as a local vegan noodle-soup place and a cozy western-styled restaurant. There is a lantern making shop just across the road run by a lovely local family. The rooms are actually better than in the photos. I had a large room with a huge comfy bed and everything is in new condition and the room is spotless. Great hot shower as well! What really made a difference though is the owner and the staff. The female receptionist showed me a map upon check-in and explained what there is to do and where to go. The male receptionist was extra helpful with suggestions throughout my stay and help to book things. The owner is a really nice lady and her daughter with husband also go out of the way to make you feel welcome. This is extra nice travelling as a solo female. You can borrow bikes for the day though I mainly got around by foot or motorbike taxi which is also super easy. Thank you for a nice stay!

Good spot outside the main tourist area”
My boyfriend and I had a good stay here. The staff are very friendly. Pros: - beautiful pool - strong AC - very nice staff - daily room cleaning (not on request) - laundry services (40k VND/kg) - free bike rentals to get around town Cons: - staff wanted to clean our room even though we were trying to take a nap and said we didn’t need it cleaned. She kept knocking on the door for several minutes and eventually came in and changed the towels (it was 11:45am) - water heater/percolator had some old water and ants inside it so I didn’t use it. Didn’t know it until the last day and mentioned it to management

Fantastic gem close to Old Town”
If you are looking for value, cleanliness, and location then look no further as Little Town Villa Hoi An is your answer! We spent five nights at Little Town and could not be more pleased with our decision as we had decided to cancel a previous booking at another hotel in order to stay here. The hotel has recently opened and it easily apparent that making everything with high-quality materials was paramount. Lovely little bonsai like plants dot the compact grounds adding a nice touch. The family who built and run the hotel are delightful and will do anything to make your stay a perfect one. Situated not far from Old Town with plenty of restaurants nearby plus you have the complimentary breakfast option. The pool is a perfect size and temperature and it's easy to spend an hour or more in at after a day of cycling or the beach. Can't recommend this fantastic gem enough!!
