Nice Contemporary Budget Hotel”

I’m in the process of moving back to this neighborhood and needed a room for a few days. The staff was courteous and professional and the room was clean, simple, and well appointed. Several hotels in this area seem to cater to large tourist groups, so I’d encourage you to avoid peak breakfast hours (6:30-8:30). Tourists may or may not desire the location (although those wanting a more Thai experience may appreciate it). Getting downtown is simple enough. Take a taxi to the Ramkhamhaeng or Hua Mam Airport Lin stations and connect to the BTS or MRT from there.

Great value & good location”

I enjoyed my 2 nights at Livotel HuaMak. Standard hotel room, quiet, clean, pretty roomy, little balcony overlooking the pool / parking lot. Nice small coffee shop on ground floor and plenty of food options 50m away on Krungthep Kritha Rd.. I especially recommend "Sushi Mai?" for tasty & reasonably priced Japanese food 30-40m away.

Cheap and Cosy”

This hotel in terms of pricing was impeccable. Located closer to the airport than most other hotels. Location wise I found was a hassle, the commute to your prime tourism/shopping areas was quite an endeavour, however despite that, the price made up the extra commute cost. The room was nicely presented with utmost top cleanliness, offering the basic comforts you need when returning to the room from an day out. Facilities wise, the breakfast buffet was mediocre. Bathroom amenities and wifi were good for the price.

Staff is nice. Clean room and variety food for breakfast. Near Ramkhamhaeng University too.

Offside”

A bit offside, far from any public transport so your going to get ripped off by the taxis that just “happen” to be outside the hotel if you don’t have your own transport. A newly built pool, very clean. Adequate rooms for the price, breakfast ok with the usual plastic sausages, ham and undrinkable coffee, suggest buying coffee at the coffee shop in the hotel. Great restaurants only 50m from the hotel, turn left out of the hotel you will find them. Big shopping mall if your into that kind of thing 2km away in bang kapi. All in all satisfied and would stay again as I have own transport

Very Comfortable. For Thailand, very clean. ”

This hotel was everything it claims to be. We needed to be in this neighbourhood. The staff were very helpful, professional, speak English well. Beds super comfy for Thailand. Breakfast varied Thai/Asian, which is dinner for breakfast, or rice porridge. Good coffee. Clean for a Thai hotel that is only a few years old(typical neglect of cobwebs,water stains and corrosion on fixtures/shower glass and dirty door handles, switches and the like. But, for Thailand,(we live here now) it’s great! We would stay here again.

overall is good”

pro: the hotel is clean and nice. staff is friendly as well. room cleanness is good as well. and is very near the main stadium :). breakfast so-so. not much choices but still ok. cons: the air con i think is too old. it sometimes hot, sometimes too cold. and the sound proof is terrible. whole night i can hear people walking and talking on the corridor. overall: everything is great except the room sound proof. whole night cant really sleep well.. because of the noise T_T

Good hotel near ABAC”

Pros: 1) The hotel is new and clean. 2) Breakfast is included, and there are many kinds of food. 3) Dinning area is nice. Cons: 1) The hotel is new, but AC is old. I cannot adjust the right temperature. It's too cold or too hot.

Fantastic value for money”

A great new hotel, clean and comfortable with a lovely swimming pool. Free parking and free wifi make this hotel a must on future visits to BKK. 10/10

Excellent value for money”

Highly recommended hotel for the price. Clean room and facilities with very large bed. Plenty of free parking available and good local food nearby within few minutes walk. Good location if you have a car.

Overall is good”

The hotel staff is nice and friendly. The room was clean and neat. However, the kettle in the room was quite dirty.. would appreciate if it is being changed new. Room sound proof is bad... like very bad! Can hear people walking around, talking and door slamming.. It was a disaster.. Other than that, room cleanliness and neatness is good. breakfast not much choice but still okay. There's toast, porridge, rice, eggs... common breakfast... Overall, i quite enjoyed my stay there.

Nice hotel but far from the city”

The room was really fine and clean but location is quite far from the city. Recommended for who travel around here and love walking because if you take a car or taxi, it’s very traffic.

Nice new hotel,brealfast good varient,only pilliw to hard & you can hear sound door open or lock..also noise if someone walk in corridor can heard from your room..

Good service from hotel but location is much far from city center but you'll find a lot of grab or taxis in that area. Will definitely come & stay here again.

Good cheap hotel But a lot of noise ”

Stayed 4 nights in this hotel as I had a business meeting close by. Very happy with hotel and my room. But there was so much noise in this hotel so it was impossible to sleep or relax. And to make it worse cleaning staff made so much noise as they had a very loud radio with them.
