Best location and Super service”
This was my 2nd visit to LK The Empress. The 2nd time around it was a wonderful experience. The staff and then room was fabulous. I had a room with an excellent view of the Pattaya beach. The Lk staff were very helpful. they got my room cleaned on demand and if there was any issue, they were there immediately, at times within 60 seconds. If I ever visit Pattaya again I would stay no where else but Lk The Empress. My advise if you visit, make sure to use Agoda and select the better room and not the regular room, its just a few dollars more and still way cheaper then other hotels and you get the classic LK service.

A Welcome Return”
LK a great hotel and located right on beach road close to all that Pattaya can offer with the nightlife and shopping malls close at hand. The hotel itself has all the amenities you would expect, swimming pool was good, gym was a little small but everything you need for a workout. The room I stayed in was spacious and well equipped and view of the swimming pool which comes an an extra cost. Staff were good especially the housekeeping staff who cleaned the room to a high standard on a daily basis. I’ve stayed at this hotel many times and always enjoy my stay with the LK

The location of this spectacular Pattaya hotel is ideal..... right across the street from the beach ....don't miss the view From the terrace in Tower one. Best value for the money I've ever seen. Surpassed my expectations in every respect. The breakfast is an unbelievable all you can eat buffet. Resembles brunch more than breakfast. All the amenities and Furnishings are spectacular. The lobby makes you feel like you've entered the Palace of royalty. The swimming pool is also very lovely located between the towers. The restaurant has an outdoor patio overlooking the sidewalk with live music at night. The Seedy-side reputation of Pattaya won't bother you at this location.

Rooms may be getting a bit dated but cleaning staff do not shirk the job . Location cannot be beaten BEACH ROAD across from beach only a tuk tuk ride to any where that matters whether it be shopping or entertainment can even walk to most. Staff are so helpful for all needs

I was staying at another hotel for a change and after 2 days there re booked and went back to the best in Pattaya! LK The Empress. Everything about this hotel is Class! The lobby is spectacular! IMPRESSIVE EXCEPT THE FOOD ON WEEKDAYS WAS HORRIBLE”
My fiance and I stayed here for 4 nights. The location is excellent. The facilities look amazing. However, our first breakfast was Friday and it says on our booking we will get a buffet so we were expecting it. When we went downstairs to eat breakkie they gave us a menu to choose which set we like to eat and we asked them where is the buffet and they said they don't serve the buffet because there are not many people staying in the hotel that time. Me and my fiance were thinking it's not right coz we paid for it. Then, they gave us the horrible bacon, old croissant and etc. It was disgusting we didn't eat the bacon. But on the weekend they finally serve the buffet.

This Place is always fantastic. The only downside is the ever increasing cost of room. Close to beach, food shopping and very clean. I have already put many reviews about LK Empress and if the price is reasonable i will always stay here. Please dont price yourself out of the Market LK.

The LK the empress hotel is located in the middle of beach road at Soi 12. It has nice, spacy rooms, kitcharettes, big tv set, and really good beds. Some rooms have great seaview with spacy balcony, as well. Breakfast is plenty and tasty in a superior quality. It inhabs an italian restaurant as well. The food there is tasty and really authentic. I enjoyed my stay in the LK the empress hotel to the maximum. I can highly recommend this hotel for solo travellers and coupes as well.

Once again LK empress lived up to its high reputation. Everything about this hotel is great. The breakfast, the location, the facilities, the fact that a 711 is part of the hotel (very convenient) but most of all the staff. The staff really are the friendliest people, always ready to go out of their way to help, always ready with a smile and to have a joke with you. I will be back, in fact have already booked again. 10th stay here now.

We had a great stay. The rooms are a bit aged, but everything is in good condition. Rooms are very nice decorated with everything you need. Pool is great and the breakfast is for that price really awesome. The hotel is directly on the beach road and even there are not many people right now in Pattaya we been very centralized and it was easy to commute around. We will come back.

Single tourist. ”
LK The Empress is a very safe spot for Farang tourist. If you have a masseuse or company coming to your room. And you do not meet them at the entrance door. LK requires that your company leave their ID at the check in counter. When your company leaves they get their ID back after the front desk calls your room and speaks to you. Ensuring your safety. But even better is the buffet breakfast.

Great Hotel”
This is my 3rd time at The Empress and as always the room and staff were great. Across the street from the beach and close to 3 malls and of course Walking Street. Pool was great and though a little pricey the Italian restaurant was good. The only item I would suggest to improve on is the lighting in the bathroom. It is a little dim for someone of my age. Love the hot shower and spa tub!
