I spent a few days in this hostel. It’s not so much like a hostel - it is like living in a home with bunk beds! The hostel is very well located with a market downstairs where you get everything – right from eggs to fish to vegetables and meat. The place is well decorated, very clean and beds are super comfy!! I slept so well there. Unlike staying in hostels where you meet likeminded travellers, I did not meet any people at this hostel, as there was only one guest on the first day. The next day I was all alone in a huge apartment. The last day saw 3 more guests though didn’t interact much. But there was a friendly, comfortable atmosphere. The place is small with a good level of cleanliness, a wonderful kitchen area, drinking water and with tea / coffee available, it made my stay super comfortable. Though there is a rooftop area on the floor above, where you can chill and sunbathe, I didn’t venture that part as it was raining when I was staying. The only downside would be that the hostel is on the fourth floor with steep stairs which made it really difficult for me with my heavy luggage. I would stay there again if I have the opportunity to come back to Tainan again.
