Guests had a great experience with excellent and friendly staff service at this hotel, which has a great location near Lotte Department Store, Lotte Mart, and major landmarks such as Hanoi Opera House and Hoa Lo Prison. The spacious and clean rooms offer fantastic views of Hanoi and comfortable bedding. Guests also enjoyed amenities such as the rooftop bar, cafe, gym facilities, swimming pool, Korean-style spa, and sauna. Overall, guests had a wonderful experience at this hotel.

The room always clean and the location is close to everywhere. Staffs in there is nice and helpful. I booked the club deluxe room in 4 days and 3 nights for me and my mom. First of all, when I came for check in, the staff was nice but she gave me only one swap key for two pp🙄🙄. It is very inconvienent for us. Next day, I have to come to receptionist again to ask other key for my mom to use. I think it is very basic thing: two pp for two swap key. I dont understand why they gave only one key, and wait until customers ask another one. It is make me feel annoy and unhappy. The club lounge is nice , food is fresh and delicous. But sometime staffs in there doesnt look after customers well. When I want to order some tea I need to looking around to find staffs and eye contact to them at least 5-10mins then one staff will come to ask🙄🙄. Maybe they are busy to talking or do sth. The elevator is big, fast but sometime I feel I couldnt breath in there because not enough air inside elevator. The location in centre of Hanoi and u can go everywhere in convienent. I still recommend my friends go Lotte Hotel Hanoi to enjoy their holiday.

Our stay at Lotte Hotel Hanoi was truly memorable from the moment we arrived. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a smile, which made us feel comfortable right away. Our room was spacious, modern, and offered a breathtaking view of the city skyline, creating a perfect atmosphere for relaxation. We especially enjoyed spending time at the pool, where we could unwind together while admiring the panoramic view of Hanoi. Each morning, the breakfast buffet impressed us with its wide variety of delicious international and local dishes. The hotel’s location was also very convenient, giving us easy access to shopping centers and popular attractions. In the evenings, the Sky Lounge provided the perfect setting for us to relax with great food and an amazing atmosphere.
