loveli boutique guesthouse is really lovely”
i stayed at loveli boutique guesthouse for 3 days for my phuket trip. the location is good, very near to jungceylon, and about 5 minutes walk to bangla road. there's 7 eleven just next to the guesthouse, and there's local food stall nearby the guesthouse which is opened at 7 every night. the room is big enough, with high speed free wifi. they clean the room everyday and get our towels changed. the room comes with the facilities such as tv, fridge, and even dvd player where you can get the dvd from ground floor. the most important thing, andrew and neil are really friendly and helpful. they greet you warmly whenever you are going out or coming back. they do provide plenty of tour package at reasonable price, with great explanation. you can get 5 star service with 3 star price! i will definitely recommend my friends to stay here and buy the tour package from andrew and neil!

Really good travel agency and very friendly staff”
We stayed in the deluxe double room for 4 nights and it was a really enjoyable stay. We were given a nice chilled welcome drink when we arrived, which is really thoughtful especially after hours of traveling. I have been to many guesthouses and not many give you a welcome drink! After checking in at the counter, the owner, Andrew, went into the room to turn on the air-conditioning before bringing us there. It was nice to enter a chilled room. He then explained to us about everything you need to know in the room. We were even given a free bottle of wine!! The guesthouse also provides towels, shampoo and soap. This is very useful because we took a budget airlines with only carry on luggage, thus, we did not bring any of those on board. The location is one of the best in Phuket in my opinion. It is only 2 minutes walk to jungceylon which has pretty much everything from pubs to cinemas to shooting range. The hostel is 5 minutes walk from bangla street so it is near enough if you want a crazy night out, but far enough to have a peaceful and quiet sleep. If you are lazy to walk, it is located just beside a 7/11 and there are a few pubs along the street. The phuket travel agency is at the reception and the rates are really good! About half price for both trips we booked (island hopping and fishing trip). They always asked us how are the trips that they recommended and that is really good because it means they keep getting feedbacks to give good recommendations (which they already do). Andrew and Neil are both very friendly and helpful. I will say that both of them go out of the way to make sure that your stay is enjoyable!

This is my 2nd time staying here n I like it more and more. Although we arrived late (almost midnight) but Andrew and Neil waited for us n still greeted us with smile, welcome drink, n even helped us arrange tour for tomorrow eventhough most of the tours organizers already slept. The rooms are clean n in excellent condition. They even provide DVDs to watch just in case we just want to relaxed in our rooms. Very convenient with 7-11 just next to Loveli n it opens 24 hr. Andrew also run a travel company on 1st floor n they offer great prices n also recommendation on tours. Located near Jungceylon Shopping Mall, Bangla St, Patong Beach n food market, it's the perfect choice for those who want to have memorable holiday. U just can't go wrong with Loveli Boutique Guesthouse.

I have stayed at Loveli Guest house 3 times and have found the staff extremely pleasant and very helpful at all times, they have a Phuket Travel on the ground floor and can do all travel and flights, they book tours and have a great shuttle service to and from airport and excursions if required. Cost-effieicient guesthouse and trustworthy owner”
The owner of this lovely guesthouse, Andrew is a gentleman from Manchester, UK. After several days speaking with Thai, talking with Andrew made me felt like fish getting into water, everything was getting so easy. Except the guesthouse, Andrew also owns a tourist agency company which sells all tickets for trips and boat/ferry. The price is very fair and the service is professional. A quite trustworthy and recommendable man. The loveli guesthouse is located near the Carrefoure/shopping mall, but issolated from the noisy bars. 5 minutes' walk to the main street. Room is big enough. Balcony is lovely. Furneture and decration is in old style, and shower is pretty good. If I go back to Patong, mostlikely I will return. Thanks for Andrew's professional service.

Strong recomended guesthouse”
first, this guesthouse was cheap, its was worth for stay in phuket, the room was spacious and clean.... we are welcome by a bottle of mineral water and a cup of orange juice once we reach the guesthouse.... special credit to mr. there were the good director and staff of the tour agency....they are friendly and we like their service, we have been treated just like a vip in their guesthouse....we are happy to chit chat with them as well, not only they 2, others staff here were very friendly as well.....we will defitnitely choose this guesthouse if we go phuket again

best guesthouse / travel agency in Patong”
This guesthouse did not disappoint at all, given its great reviews. The room is complete with all your needs (towels, shower gels, shampoo, heater, beach towels, cabinet, safe box) and more, got big space too. The staff esp. Andrew was really friendly and exceeded the kind of service one would normally expect. Got huge discount as well when we booked our tours because it had a sister company/ travel agency. Would definitely go back to this place if I ever go to Phuket again.

we were warmly welcomed by the owner of loveli boutique guesthouse and he patiently explained each tour package to us for island hopping. the room is very spacious, which is adequately filled - cupboards, dressing table, sofa, fridge, tv with dvd player. loveli also provides complementary dvds which can be borrowed without extra charges! in short, the stay at loveli guesthouse is value for money i enjoyed my stay here.

Spacious and clean room, friendly staff”
This is another room i booked for my travel partner where they are 4 guys who stay in the family room with 4 bed, there was no extra bed added, we just told Mr Andrew that we have 4 persons for that room then the room was well prepared with 4 bed once we checked in. Talked more to the staff here, they have well speak english and friendly service that always assists their guest. What have we saw is, the guesthouse should close on 10 pm, but one night, other staff was go back their home, but we saw Mr Andrew brought a luggage tot he room beside us at around 11pm, as he told us, that was the last checked in of the day, Mr Andrew purposely finish his work late just to wait for his last customer check in, and there was the bell boy service just like the big hotel, Mr Andrew brought her luggage to her room.....strong recomended guesthouse

Loveli, small but more than adequate and central”
A travel agency lobby with rooms above. A strong aircon if u cant handle phuket heat. A constant warm shower. Clean rooms. Andrew our host was english so comunications was a breeze. The travel agency meant booking trips and activities was uber convenient. Minutes away from a full.fledged shopping centre. Soi bangla n clubs so near and the beach just down the road. Its central and awesome. Its not 5stars hotel wise but its 5 stars if you want to get down and have fun whilst in phuket with all your basic amemnities taken care of so when u come.back, yr rooms are clean and yr gear is safe. Well worth the money. I am coming back. Heck 5 days me and two friends was super steezed and it was off the hook ¡ Coming back for sure- Hangover3Boys phuket.

Very cheap, helpful service, spacious rooms”
andrew is the english owner who also runs the phuket travel company on the ground floor. he is very knowledgeable and helpful. i found my deluxe room on the 3rd floor and at the back, to be quiet - free from street noises. each room has its own split system air con which are quiet and effective. bathrooms are small and need some tlc but none-the-less there was always hot water and everything worked ok. plenty of toiletries are complimentary. no meals are provided but there is a 7-eleven next door and there are many restaurants within easy walking distance. the housekeepers change linen and towels every day. loveli has its own massage and beauty parlour next door and services can be conducted in-shop or in the privacy of your room. there are many 5 star hotels in phuket but loveli is not one of them. despite this, the place is clean, well located and andrew and neil are very helpful and co-operative owners.

Best Deal, Impressive Service, Most Exciting Stay”
what can i say? customized my deluxe room from single king sized bed free of charge to include another single bed for our one year old baby and the room is still spacious enough for the baby to ur around after the additional bed. he helped plan our tour and even promptly helped us get a refund withou any cancellation charges when we couldn't go on our 2nd day tour because of our baby. nice room, excellent location. close enough to the crazy bangla road but far enough still from the noisy hustle and bustles. believe me, if ever have to visit phuket again, loveli boutique is sure the way to go. they even let us walk free after breaking their glass center table!

100% recommend. we arrived late at night 11 pm above and the staff wait for us to check in. also the staff are nice. the room are clean, and we have a good night sleep. 😃 also ms kusuma help us rent a car. the guest house near banzan fresh market, jungcelyon mall, patong beach. you should stay here if go to phuket.

i stayed in both Loveli and Lekpong. the room of Loveli is not as good as Lekpong. and it looks this guesthouse does not have a reception in mid night and morning. the boss is very nice and he arranged me in another guesthouse which is opposite the street and obviously better because the air-conditioner is broke. Thanks for that.

Great Location”
The Room is very big, there is no lift, so not prefer to stay at 3rd floor because after the tour, its too tired for us to climb up the stair. From Guesthouse to Jungceylon, its only take 3 min, ~15min to Patong Beach.

I stayed at lovely for a week and I felt like to be at home. The staff were very helpful and kind and I was very impressed. The room were clean and spaciuos make u feel confortable. The guesthouser is walking distance close to everything and don t need to get a transport. Really LOvely as they called.

Good for money and Near to Central Market”
The host is nice and our stay was upgraded into a better room. She assisted us in our way back to airport. The night market was a few steps from the hostel, jungceylon and 7 eleven which made it a bit more comfortable and cheap. It is safe and good. However, unlike other hostels, the place doesnt have a free breakfast which is okay given the cheap price (in Phuket standards). Choose the 2nd floor rooms because the hostel doesnt have an elevator.
