“The service is excellent.”
I stayed at a pool villa. The room was very spacious, and although it wasn't brand new, the classic furniture was kept clean. Being on a hill, the view was excellent, and it was quiet, allowing me to relax slowly. It was the rainy season, and unusually it rained for several days, but there was sunshine in the latter half, and I was able to enjoy the pool. The shared pool was also large and perfect if the weather is good! After the rain, I had it all to myself. I took the shuttle to the city every evening for dinner. Walking to restaurants far from the night market entrance requires a bit of a rush if it’s between 18:00 and 20:15, so having a 21:15 shuttle would have been ideal. However, I didn't feel it was inconvenient to go to the city as there were more shuttle services than a regular hotel. I also rented a bicycle. It was a good workout. The best part was that all the staff were kind and very service-oriented. The front desk staff constantly offered various services, the restaurant staff always greeted me with a warm smile, and the cleaning staff maintained cleanliness, while the shuttle drivers took me without any unpleasant expressions, multiple times. The hotel is not in the city center, but considering the service, I thought it was an overall wonderful hotel. The food was also delicious and well-balanced. When talking to the locals, everyone said it was a good hotel, so I believe it has a good reputation. It is an ideal hotel for a long stay. I definitely want to stay here again if I come back to Luang Prabang! Thank you to all the hotel staff! Kop Chai!
