I had the pleasure of staying at M Hotel in Da Nang for two nights and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. The hotel is modern, clean, and beautifully designed, offering a relaxing atmosphere that made it a perfect base to explore both Da Nang and Hoi An. What truly made the experience stand out, however, was the exceptional service. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional. The level of care and attention to detail shown by the team made me feel genuinely valued as a guest. The hotel is relatively new, which adds to its charm, everything feels fresh, well-maintained, and thoughtfully put together. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the location is ideal whether you're heading into the city, relaxing by the beach, or taking a day trip to nearby Hoi An. I would highly recommend M Hotel to anyone planning a trip to Da Nang or Hoi An. It’s a fantastic find, and I’ll definitely be returning on my next visit!

We had a pleasant stay at M Hotel. The location is excellent—an easy walk to My Khe Beach and surrounded by plenty of great restaurants. The hotel was clean, and breakfast offered a good variety, always fresh and regularly topped up. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Our room on the 11th floor was comfortable and spotless. However, a few small things could be improved. We requested a slightly later checkout, but this wasn’t accommodated. The minibar, which was advertised as included, only had two bottles of water and two cans of Coke—a bit on the stingy side. The pool area was lovely, but seating was limited. We often had to wait for lounges to free up, which made it hard to relax, especially around the rooftop endless pool. Noise was also a factor—street sounds and nearby construction continued late into the night and early morning. Would we stay again? Yes—most likely after the local building works are complete.

Overall, our stay was decent. The bed was comfortable, and we appreciated the warm hospitality from the staff — they were friendly and very accommodating, which made a positive difference. However, we encountered a strange issue on our first night in Room 2604, where the lights would randomly turn on and the electricity seemed to reset multiple times throughout the night. It honestly felt like something out of a horror movie! Thankfully, we were able to change rooms the next day. That said, noise pollution remained a challenge. From early morning till night, the constant traffic noise and car horns were hard to ignore. If you’re a light sleeper, do take note — earplugs might come in handy. Another point worth mentioning is the bathroom design. The room uses an open-concept layout, so there’s minimal privacy — the doors and glass panels are partially see-through, which can be awkward, especially if you’re not traveling as a couple. On a brighter note, the breakfast buffet was excellent. A wide selection of local, Asian, and Western dishes — enough for a satisfying full-course meal to start your day right. Would I return? Probably yes, but next time I’ll definitely opt for a higher floor with an ocean view for a better experience — and hopefully, a more private bathroom setup.
