Hotel is super near to Jordan MRT Exit A and near to famous restaurants such as Jia Jia Desserts, Mak Noodles and Australian Milk Company. Hotel staff is super attentive and helpful. They helped to pass the room cleaning instructions to the room service dept and assist to hire taxi to the airport. In addition, the staff allowed us to check in at 1pm when the room was ready and u don’t have to wait for the official 3pm check-in time. They even offered free room upgrade even without us requesting for it. Lastly, they also allowed for late check-out at 1pm when it’s time for us to go to the airport for fight back home. Room is big enough and u can open up 2 big luggages. In addition, the toilet comes with twin basin, standing shower and bath tub with jacuzzi. No fighting over the use of the toilet with your friend/family. The bath tub with jacuzzi really helps to ease the tensions from the body when u come back to the hotel after going out the whole day. We really enjoyed the hotel stay and would come back to stay in the same hotel!

Great choice of hotel”
From the location to the staff and housekeeping I rate 10/10. From the airport just take the A22 bus and the drop off station is just walking distance to the hotel around 300m. Location is near to the restaurants and we even walked to Tsim tsa tsui which was about 3km away. The front desk staffs were all nice and apporoacheable. Even though there is no breakfast included with the booking, there are nearby cafes which you could have breakfast.

Best Hotel we’ve booked so far”
We arrived 11am and was able to check in right away since the room was available. Got upgraded to a king-sized room/bed with a separate shower and bathtub(w/jacuzzi) You can leave your luggage with them after check out. They will give you a ticket stub for claiming. Room was cleaned everyday, towels were also changed everyday. The conceirge are very welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay. Kudos to all the staff of Madera Hotel. We will definitely be booking at your hotel next time we go back to Hong Kong👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Impressed with the room and nice staff”
The room is very spacious (compared to common room space in HK) We can fully opened our 2x 29inches luggage and there is still space for walk around. There are working corner and relaxing corner which we can sit and chill. Totally recommended!

All perfect except “one thing””
I’m very satisfied with everything such as price, location, facilities, kind staffs, etc. However, my booked Delux Double Room does not have bathtub even though booking menu shows “bathtub” as a facility. Instead, the room has special wider bathroom space for handicapped people. And asked the staff after I checked in and realized it, and staff said it was because the last delux double room available to book and the last one does not have bathtub. To be honest, my my friend recommended this hotel since rooms have a bathtub. If the last room doesn’t not have bathtub, please kinda explain that before booking. I am not sure if agoda or Madera hotel is in charge of this matter tho. Very disappointing. However, except for this, I really love this hotel and definitely will use it again.

This is my favorite hotel that I have stayed in countless times in Hong Kong. It is close to the airport bus, bus station and subway station. The service staff is also very friendly. My boyfriend didn't particularly like Hong Kong before, and I was a bit nervous when I brought him to Hong Kong for the first time. I deliberately chose a good hotel, and it turned out that I made the right choice. I will stay in this hotel again next time.

An excellent but not well-known hotel”
The hotel is snugged in what used to be quiet part of town. Now, there's a construction site next door, so it's quite noisy during the day. The location is great, the famous Temple street is just a couple of streets away. I stayed in a spacious two-bedroom suite. It has a design that fits the boutique label, though here, boutique doesn't mean small. The bedrooms, the living room and the bathroom are spacious. Everything works out perfectly, from the doorknobs to the light witches. They literally work on a light touch. Staff was super efficient and accommodating. I requested a room on a higher floor and they gave it to me! The floor has only three rooms, and I didn't hear any noise from the other two. I saw some staff cleaning on check-out, so they must have been occupied the night before. I pressed the 'please make up my room' button on going out, and the room was cleaned after an hour! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there and will definitely be back when I get a chance.

The water pressure for cold tap wasn't very stable, so a slight change in the angle caused water to go from freezing cold to scalding hot. It also caused the tap in the washing basin to emit scalding hot water if I flipped the tap to the right too quickly.
