Accommodating and generous staff and general manager. They have one staff knows tagalog. We dont know much about taiwan hut their general manager willingly brief us about history of taiwan. A delightful surprise 5 star hotel”
We had room 808 and the room was huge with 2 TVs and a king and2 comfortable twin beds. It also had a large bathtub. This was ideal for the western travelers. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good variety of Asian and American food. Very clean and neat. Compared to several other items we had stayed across Taiwan this was among the best because of the comfortable western beds and size of the room. Beds at other hotels were like plywood which gave us sore backs. Price was half of the Grand Hotel. We recommend travelers to stay here. Location close to train station and stores and restaurants.

I stayed for one night on a transit. The front desk staff spoke Japanese and the room was clean and very nice. There are convenience stores, supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, massage parlors within walking distance of the hotel, and there is also a night market a little further away, so there is no inconvenience for shopping or sightseeing. The next day, I had a plan for airport transfer, but it was early in the morning before breakfast time, so I was able to have a sandwich and juice. This service was really appreciated. I definitely want to use it again when staying in Taoyuan city.

Great hotel for transit”
My family including two kids stayed here for 1 night transit to bali. The hotel is just 20 min apart from hotel and costs 600 ntd. Many local and fancy restaurants are near here. The best thing I love in this hotel is all the amenities are available. It makes my journey much lighter and easier. You can also enjoy some snacks and teas in youe room for free.

Convenience and value for money”
We checked in for an overnight layover of less than 12 hours, which was delightfully, a generally good short time in Taoyuan. It is very accessible to a lot of local food establishments and is a few minutes' walk to the night market. The rooms we were given were spacious, and they have a generous spread of complimentary treats; the only downside was that it smelled of cigarette smoke - unpleasant yet not really bothersome, something a thorough cleaning and 'refreshing' would rid of. The front desk staff on duty were very warm and able to communicate clearly with us in English. The breakfast buffet we had prior to leaving had enough variety, and the airport transfer included in our booking made the last leg of our trip a lot more convenient and hassle-free.

On a busy Friday evening, I visited the old district of Taoyuan alone. By chance, I found this unique hotel located in an alley. I felt a very elegant and warm atmosphere during my stay. I hope to have the opportunity to visit this hotel again in the future.”
A hotel located in a lane near Taoyuan Dasi Temple. Quiet and convenient location with complete facilities. The room environment is clean and the interior decoration is quite elegant. The staff are friendly and courteous.

Has parking, has breakfast, the room for 4 people is spacious and quite clean, really good~”
The water pressure of the shower head is not strong enough and needs to be improved. There were two pillows for each person in the 4-person room, but one of them had a pillowcase with lint balls (we stayed in a 4-person room, so there were 8 pillows, but only one had lint balls). The hotel should check and replace them. The disposable slippers in the hotel room are thicker than usual and can be worn for two days without breaking, which is very comfortable. Besides the bed, there is only one chair and one armchair in the room. I think there should be at least 2 chairs, excluding the armchair. It would be best to have 4 chairs. Other than that, there were parking spaces available for both nights, which was really good. On the top floor, there is a coin-operated washing machine, dryer, and spin dryer. There is also a clothesline. The front of the hotel is a one-way street. To enter the parking lot, you need to go to Minzu Road (past the second road of the hotel), then go to Heping Road and enter from Minquan Road. There is a parking lot route map at the hotel entrance.

Positive aspects: - huge family room - reasonable price - bar freebies / goodies - decent toiletries - simple yet filling breakfast - helpful staff when I asked to call for a taxi Negative aspects: - there'a creepy feel in the hotel - security concerns due backdoor access - facilities show signs of aging - not too close to airport. Took around 20mins. Taxi costed around $550.

Best Hotel within the Budget!”
The stay in Majesty Hotel was superb! The room given to me was so comfortable that whenever I step into my room, after some travelling and long hour shopping, all my tiredness were all gone! There were fruits and cans of cola provided in the room and instant beverages given were very nice. Everything provided by the hotel is rather good in quality compared to other budget hotels. There is even wall mounted water dispenser providing instant hot and cold water inside the room! The room is very spacious and so does the bathroom. Although the hotel is 15 minutes walk from the Taoyuan train station, it is rather easy to find its location that is behind a temple in the middle of the major road (something special to visit in Taoyuan). Actually you can take a cab from the station to the hotel as you can already save the cost to hire a cab to travel from the hotel to the airport. I would recommend to stay in this hotel on the last few days in Taiwan, especially the departure timing for your flight is during the wee hours. Best part is that the hotel also provide packed breakfast if you need to leave the hotel very early in the morning! I will certainly choose to stay in this Majesty Hotel, if I will go to Taoyuan again.

Comfortable and spacious room with great facilities”
We booked this hotel for the convenience of travelling to airport, but unexpectedly found a gem in the Taoyuan city. Our family room was extremely comfortable, with fruits,drinks and snacks provided for free. There is also a hot water dispenser inside the room which is extremely convenient for family with young children. There are some restaurants and convenience stores around the hotel, not for shopaholics but just nice if you would like to just stroll around. Breakfast is also great with wide variety. Definitely recommended.

it's my second time to stay at tis hotel. i've always been pleased and would keep on staying here every time im in tao yuen. the room is well lighted, and this is a major concern for me. the room may just be average in size but comfortable enough even for two people. the amenities are complete from toiletries to drinks, and with other add ons like biscuits and fruits. the breakfast buffet is more than satisfactory,they change the main course every day. it's good as complete from dairy, breads cereals,choices of beverages etc etc. staying at majesty hotel is definitely recommendable.worth the money you pay for.

Majesty Hotel is the hotel which near the Taoyuan International Airport. The room is quite nice, but a bit old with very small wardrobe. At the ground floor, there is a great restaurant which has very friendly staff and various types of delicious food and breakfast.
