Mandurriao hotels & places to stay

Hotel was great for my two night stay. I loved the pool, gym, and food. The only minor flaws was I’m convinced there is no hot water for the shower. It’s luke warm at best so don’t blast the AC when you take a shower. The pool bar skimps on liquor and gives a ton of ice, so you’re best ordering beer if you want a buzz otherwise you just drink sugar juice. Other than those things it was a great experience

We are Ilonggos and since it was our 13th anniversary, we thought of spending a night here with both families. Seda Atria is a great accomodation to have, a new hotel in the heart of Diversion, Mandurriao. Hotel decor were superb, rooms were spacious and tidy, toilettries and drinking water were provided for. Checking in and out was a breeze. What more is that this is so far the only hotel with a rooftop bar area you can relax in (although the time we were checked in, there was a weddig entourage and they were a bit disruptive and noisy). Breakfast was plenty of choices and better options. Staff were incredible and goes out of their way to cater for our needs..overall impressed and will definitely stay here again :)

The value of the hotel is more than what I paid for. For the price point, there are a lot of lousy-looking hotels but District 21 had an ambiance higher than an average 3 star hotel. Staff was nice and fast, rooms and lobby were clean, it’s location was perfect as restaurants like Tatoys were nearby. You can also opt to use public transport by walking 3-5 minutes from the hotel. However, the only thing that put me off was that I they did not provide room slippers that could’ve made our stay more comfortable. But overall, will definitely recommend this and even stay again myself.

Out while family loved the hotel! Our boys enjoyed the pool and kept asking to go back there and rated it the best hotel out of the three we stayed at. The staff were friendly and nice. Issues were easily and quickly resolved which showed good customer service. The breakfast crew were great! Complimentary breakfast was good and they were able to accommodate my picky kids' requests which rate them high on my list because it offered a stress free stay for me! My kids are already begging to just stay there our whole vacation when we come back in two years. It is ideally located near restaurants, a quick mart and SM City is only a five minute cab ride away. You can also walk to yhe Esplanade. Love this hotel!

My husband and I had a two-night stay in this hotel. Note that prior to this trip I stayed here three years ago as a solo traveller but it was a so-so experience. This time it was an excellent stay considering that I was travelling with a PWD on a wheelchair. I've had a few pre check-in inquiries directly to the hotel and they were able to answer my questions patiently. The security guards were very helpful in assisting us with loading/unloading in taxicabs (since we don't have a private car). The staff at the resto, the front desk and housekeeping were very friendly and accommodating except for the tired-looking lady who checked us in. Staff are always consistent in their initiative to help us with opening and closing elevator doors (since I'm the only one escorting my husband who's on a wheelchair). The room we stayed at was way bigger than expected and it seemed it was really meant for a PWD/elderly stay since it has metal railings in the bathroom. There's more than enough space for the wheelchair to move across the room. The room was clean and amenities were replenished on a daily basis. Nothing extraordinary with the breakfast we paid for. It came with fresh juice which tasted mostly like water. Hot chocolate tasted like Milo. It was a bit expensive for the serving so on our second day we went to a nearby coffee shop to get a more sumptuous meal for the same price. We didn't eat at the hotel any further (due to our not-so-good impression of the breakfast). There are a many - as in a lot - of bar and restos nearby, just a few steps away from the hotel. And since it's the nightlife capital of Iloilo City, don't expect it to be totally quiet. You will hear live bands playing but it's very much tolerable and we stayed at the third floor which is closer to the ground and facing the area where most bars and restos are. My family and I absolutely love this place, we wish we could have stayed longer. It's a quiet place in Iloilo, perfect for a family that just needs to relax. The kids have the pool and mini playground to keep themselves busy. We also love the lagoon where we went used the paddle boats. We wish we could have gone fishing there too but unfortunately they didn't allow us since the fish are still few in numbers. The food in their restaurant are excellent with reasonable prices. I had the best Kansi there! Will definitely come back.

The facilities and amenities of this Hotel are great, complete (almost) from Safe to Small Refrigerator and etc. They got everything except for a Bidet in the t&b. Fast Internet. Decent but not great breakfast. Price was very cheap for the location, amenities and facility and even the design of the hotel (as you can see in the photos) But during my stay, I finally knew why it was that cheap: Rooms are not made out of concrete so most probably you will hear the people in the hall way and even some of the sounds of the adjacent rooms. And in the morning we can hear the chickens outside like an alarm clock. Rooms are super small, but has a big t&b. The overall layout of the hotel is a bit awkward, like the connection from you rooms in the hallway and parking area. But overall it was an almost 5 star review, will most probably comeback if I’m staying alone but not as a couple or a family.

Our stay was very comfortable and convenient on our part. We are exactly in the right location, that fits the purpose of our travel to Iloilo. I've been visiting Iloilo City every year to visit relatives from Mandurriao, and been to different hotels too, so far, this guest house is the best. The rooms are very comfy. Breakfast was superb, unlike other 4 star hotel, if Breakfast is included, they only serve plated breakfast. Here in Aurora 2013 Guesthouse, seems breakfast is unlimited. Most especially, I really admired the owner, she's very friendly, accommodating and treats us like a family. Her two assistants were also very friendly and accommodating. Thank you for taking good care of us. We are so lucky, happy and very satisfied on our stay. Everyone were so grateful. I will surely recommend this guest house to my other relatives and friends and We will surely go back to this guest house again.

I have stayed in several good hotels in Iloilo such as Injap Hotel and Diversion 21. Both hotels were already booked during my trip so I decided to book with Skinetics. At first I was hesitant because the name of the hotel doesn't seem like a real hotel but to my surprise, everything came beyond my expectations. The staff are very nice, the rooms are big and clean, breakfast is ok but I appreciate that they have a lot of varieties to choose from and they also allow breakfast in the room. My favorite was the provision of rainshower in the bathroom. I visited Iloilo on a business trip and the complimentary massage after a tiring day was indeed an icing on the cake. I thought it would just be an ordinary foot massage because it's free but they really did well. Skinetics is now my top priority when booking a hotel in Iloilo. Thank you very much for giving us a pleasurable stay!

Pros. I love the location, just in front of SM Mandurriao, very accessible, near the airport than any hotel in downtown, staff are very helpful, breakfast is not that good. 7-11 store at the ground floor is a big help. Cons. The bedsheets, comforter, pillow, and towel are old. I think it's clean but not that white same color with their basahan/floor mat. Aircon filter and toilet exhaust fan are full of dirt and dust. There's always water on the toilet floor.
