Great for airport or doing business nearby ”

The villas are kinda secluded from the main office and had a nice pool. The AC is not strong enough during the hottest hours. Consider upgrading the Aircon or use split type. Grab is very easy to get in my experience from the area

Location to NAIA is a plus. Staff is friendly. It's a modest hotel. The room is dated. The TV in my room is always on and turning it off is not an option.

Rooms are outdated but are clean, no refridgerator or coffee making facilities in the room but has hot showers. Bed was comfortable tv did not work very well, had set top box that remote was broken and could not use it. Very close to terminal 1 , kfc and some other restaurants in the hotel compound plus a resto bar. Mall of Asia is a taxi ride away from the hotel. Good for a 1 night stay.

Great location to Domestic Terminal, but Loud”

Staff was solid, but the room only ok. I was in the villas and there were young people playing basketball and being loud at 1, 2am. For this reason I cannot recommend.

Close to airport but barely able to stay overnight ”

We arrived late in the evening. No one at the taxi service knew where this hotel was even though it was less than 500 m to the hotel. Entrance was through the side door of the KFC who signed we could see from the taxi stand. Water in the shower was barely lukewarm. Cockroaches and bugs in the room and bathroom. There was a sheet on the mattress but no additional sheet between the cover and us. My wife would not take off your clothes.

Manila Hotel May 2022”

I booked this hotel for a friend and gave my credit card and validated my credit card. But when my friend reached the facility they asked to pay at site instead of deducting from credit card. So, basically this online booking was useless.

Declining Facility ”

This hotel’s primary advantage is it’s proximity to terminal 1. It use to be a good hotel for the price but it’s declining facilities is a turn off.
