Best view of the harbour ”
We booked the room with harbour views and it was spectacular!! This is an old hotel, but its also the reason why the room is larger than other hotel rooms in the area. Of course in Hong Kong space is premium especially in the most central of locations, so we truly appreciate the space we got. Close to everywhere we wanted to go, to all modes of transportation- star ferry, bus, MTR, taxi… no problem commuting from here. Most shops I went to in Harbour City would deliver my goods to the hotel if its not available that day, so its very convenient. We really loved being next to the harbour, walking and taking the star ferry to go to central. The breakfast was really great!! And its also open until 10:30am or 11am, so we didn’t really have to wake-up early for breakfast, we already had brunch! I think still one of the best places to stay in HK.

The hotel is convieniently situated at the Victoria Harbour. Ideal location to stay and explore the town with ferry, metro or bus. Rooms are big and comfortable with superb bath room. Breakfast is amazing with almost everything one can think of. Reception, check in and check out was smooth and quick. We stayed with two kids and had a perfect stay. We would definitely stay again whenever we visit again.

The staff was so pleasant and helpful, especially the guy in the front desk who upgraded us for free so we can have a partial view of the harbor where we can watch the New Year fireworks! Thank you so much! And the supervisor/manager in Cucina was also very pleasant as he allowed us to charge the tickets fee for the New Year countdown with fireworks viewing to our room instead of paying it upfront. We were so happy with the super accommodating staff, our beautiful and comfortable room , and delicious breakfast ! Moreover, we appreciated so much that the housekeeping and front desk staff helped us find the airpods that my husband left in the room after check out when we called and they returned it to us. The staff member who always greeted my kids when we went out (apologies for forgetting his name) was particularly kind and welcoming.
