for a biz trip while doing some shopping in HK, it is the most recommended hotel where you can access to most of the places in downtown. Already been there few times and it is always worth. The facilities are getting little bit older.

Wonderful Birthday in Marco Polo!”
It was my birthday and I told to the hotel that I’m celebrating my birthday with my boyfriend in Marco Polo when I made a reservation. They told me that they will arrange a small blueberry cheese cake. When I checked in, they offer us a huge room with sofa, event though we booked just a regular Deluxe room. Also, the package which includes breakfast, afternoon tea and Evening cocktail for two was really perfect! Me and my boyfriend had really wonderful day in Marco Polo and all the staffs are so nice! I will stay in Marco Polo next time for sure! Thank you❤️

Good value Staycation Package ”
I bought a staycation package for food credits. Room was upgraded to city harbor view and the room was big. It was my friend's birthday and we were provided with a square slice of blueberry cheesecake. We used our food credits for a buffet dinner at Cafe Macro and the food was great, especially seafood, although the food selection was not much. There wasn't a lot of people eating that day. Beds were on the hard side, but still very comfortable. We were able to ask for latex pillows and extra bottle water. Gym was nice and I was alone using it after dinner. Swimming pool was under maintenance. One thing to note is the room style was out of date. If you are looking for a modern looking hotel to stay, this is not your choice. Television was a good one but only analogue channels were provided. The only local channels available were Cable TV.

The room is spacious and clean. The air-con is cool enough and silent, so that we could have a very good sleep. Though long queue when checking-in but we only spent 30 mins to go upstair, staff were very efficient to kill the check-in queue.

Lovely hotel and great restaurants in a strategic location. The only issue I had during my stay was that the rooms were not cleaned, didnt provide water till it was requested. It was due to covid protocol...we were required to test every day and were negative...still they did not bother to clean up. I am fine with following protocols but I am of the opinion if the guests test negative then the hotel must provide regular cleaning of rooms as we are paying the full price and not discounted rates

I recommend hotel can provide more options for the room in dinner. The time I just have one option, that is Japanese A5 Beef dinner set for 2 peoples. If we have a children together, it is not enough for 2 adults & 1 child. Hope the hotel to decide.

The deluxe harbourview room has an amazing sunset view while having cozy coffee time with friends. You could also watch the symphony of lights without having to go outside. We had a nice stay over the weekend - the staff were so accommodating, enjoyed the buffet breakfast at Cafe Marco, and the check in and check out process was flawless. Will surely be back for another weekend staycation!
