“Exceptional”
We absolutely loved our stay at this resort! It exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff were amazing—so friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The apartments were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The garden and pool areas were beautiful and perfect for relaxing. We also appreciated all the thoughtful touches like the welcome and farewell gifts, daily towel art, washing powder, and extra water. Breakfast was excellent with great variety and quality, and it’s served until 11 a.m., which was a big plus. There’s something for everyone here—yoga, stretching, Muay Thai, art classes, and a fantastic kids’ club—so even rainy days are fun. Mai Khao Beach is quiet and peaceful, away from the busy areas of Phuket, which made it perfect for us. Thank you, Marriott Mai Khao, for a wonderful holiday! We can’t wait to come back!

“Excellent hotel. Highly recommended”
The hotel is excellent. Clean, beautiful, very good atmosphere. We wend during low season (may-sept) so prices were very good. It is an excellent in the high standards of Marriott.

“Perfect for family trips.”
Although it is far from Patong Beach and Phuket Town, the hotel facilities are well-equipped, making it very satisfying for a stay of 3 to 4 days. The rooms are spacious and comfortable even for a family of five. There are laundry facilities, a microwave, dishes, and cooking utensils, and supermarkets and convenience stores are nearby. Restaurants and fast food are also conveniently within walking distance. There is a mostly private beach just a 5-minute walk away with few people around.

“Friendly staff and clean facilities ”
I’ve staying here with my family for 4 nights. The apartment only allowed 6 people per unit including children age less than 6 yrs old. My family 6 adults with 4 children need to book 2 units of apartments. The staff are friendly and helpful. The apartments are clean.There are kids club activities per day. However the beach a bit far from the apartment. We need to use buggy or shuttle bas to go to beach. The facilities are separated from JW Marriot Hotel.

“Private plunge pool”
Every thing about our 5 days stay was excellent. I stayed with my daughter and 5 years old grandson from Norway they loved the 2 bedroom apartment. My grandson was in the plunge pool located just outside the bedroom first thing every morning. The kids club is great and my daughter was able to drop off my grandson confident in the staff to take good care. All staff were very happy and vey helpful at all times! We will definitely stay again in future.
