Clean room with 2 bottles of water, toiletries, towels, hot water kettle, and refrigerator. The bathroom is also clean, and the bed is a bit hard but still clean. All staff are friendly and provide good service. Convenient parking available within the hotel area. The hotel is easy to find as it is located on a main road with restaurants, pharmacies, and a 7-Eleven nearby. It is also not far from the BTS. However, there is a 500 baht deposit upon check-in, so be prepared to pay in cash. The deposit will be returned on the check-out day.

Stayed for 6 nights. Staff were attentive and friendly. Room was cleaned daily, with 2 bottles of water provided and fresh towels changed daily. Would stay again if given the chance. Housekeeping was great. Air conditioning worked well, balcony for drying clothes, bathroom did not have a lock but there was a safe, mini fridge, kettle, clothes storage, hair dryer, and a desk for working. Only downside was the TV was not clear and the signal was weak, and the water pressure was low, but there was a hot water kettle which was great.

Had a great stay at Marsi Hotel. The rooms are nice and quite big and are kept clean. Double beds are two singles which isn't the end of the world but something to note. Hotel staff are all very nice and the hotel itself is kept clean and presentable. I had a problem with my air con in the first room and was able to change room without any hassle. Note my first room did not have a safe, wardrobe area for clothes or sofa, however the second room did so I would request this if I were to return as the second room was nicer. The location is great, so many local places nearby, all walkable. 7-11 underneath hotel, laundry (Otteri) 1 min away, one of the best coffee places in all of Bangkok (ministry of roasters) (4 min) and for food I really enjoyed Som Tum Khun Kan (10 min), and the True Digital Park (5 min) for a fab food court with lots of options. The skywalk to Punnawithi BTS station is at the end of the road and in total is about a 10 min walk, this was how i got around Bangkok for the most part, so easy to use, but taxis are also cheap so there is many options. All in, a really enjoyable stay and wouldn't hesitate to return.

The hotel is located on Sukhumvit Road, albeit on the far end. A convenient highlight is the 7-Eleven located just below, which is a major plus for late-night snacks and essentials. Room & Amenities The room comes with a balcony; however, smoking is not permitted, which might be a downside for some guests. A key suggestion would be to request a room not facing the main road. The noise from motorbikes and cars at night echoes into the room, and light sleepers may find this disruptive. One annoying aspect is that the hotel does not provide room cleaning after a certain hour. If you need housekeeping, make sure to vacate the room before 3 PM. Additionally, some basic toiletries like a toothbrush and comb were not provided, so pack accordingly. The TV channels are quite limited, offering just a few options. Issues Encountered On the last day, we discovered a few cockroaches in the bathroom, which was unpleasant. Another issue was that our air conditioner began leaking heavily in the middle of the night. Thankfully, the hotel technician addressed and fixed it promptly. The balcony windows could use better soundproofing, as they tend to let in external noise, especially from vehicles, which is more noticeable at night. Location The hotel is tucked in a lane connected to the main Sukhumvit Road. Nearby, you’ll find some shops and a mall-like setup called True Digital Park Plaza. This adds convenience for dining and shopping options in the vicinity. Additional Notes A common annoyance in this region is the requirement of a 500 THB deposit upon check-in. Make sure to carry extra cash for this. Overall Experience While the stay had its challenges—noise, minor maintenance issues, and lack of some amenities—it was still a pleasant experience. Improvements in soundproofing, housekeeping policies, and better utilization of the balcony could enhance the guest experience. That said, none of these issues significantly impacted our trip.
