“Expensive and not honest hotel.”
I booked a room for two nights for ***, a night through Agoda. Unfortunately, I had an accident and was not able to use the first night. I sent a message with this information prior to my arrival. I was not asking for money back, I gave them day notice and said they can tent it out. As I need to sty on hospital. I arrived for the second night, still not feeling well, and asked reception if he could extend my stay for a few days so I could kust sleep and get better. Aside from reception English not being very nad, he offered me a special deal of *** per nigh, specially for me, discuted from *** !!! Which is more than I just paid on Agoda, ***. Special offer despite paying directly without the website's commission. I really felt bad, so I gave up and went to rest in my room for one noght. Room had not been used yet, I spent a night in the hospital. The room seemed to be clean, but very soon I realized probbably the cleaning service left the window open, and I had hundreds of mosquitoes. I felt very sick, so I just suffered and tried to sleep with a towel over my face. A very bad experience. The hotel was expensive, they were greedy when they saw I needed extra nights to recover from an accident. The room was not prepared for the guest. I just booked a hotel for half price, ***, across the street and moved out the next day.
