I stayed at this hotel because it was close to the flat my family was staying at. The room felt small but was comfortable for 1 person. The bed was comfortable and the bedroom and bathroom area felt very clean. I'd probably request a room with no connecting doors next time. The neighbors were a bit noisy. Would definitely come back and stay here again. Easy access to the MTR and a bakery for a quick breakfast. The path to the hotel from the MTR exit is a bit of a zig zag walk. This is a great hotel if you need to be in this location. There isn't any nightlife around the area.

Outstanding value for an upper-rank hotel”
Exceptional location - right next to the pick-up point for the Long-Distance Bus from Hong Kong to Guangzhou and other parts of southern China. Also, it's just a 3-minute walk to the Prince Edward MTR station. There are several very good restaurants across the street (Portland Street) that open at 6AM. The room is big enough for a solo traveler or a couple, and is clean and well-maintained. Bed, comforter, pillows are all very comfortable.

As I booked two rooms, the staff said that I could only check in for one room; and when my friend arrived, we could get the remaining room. It would be much better if I could check in for two rooms in one go and the rooms were next to each other. I could check in for two rooms in one go at other hotels. I hope that the hotel could renew the TV to a newer one that I can connect it to my laptop or iPad with a cable. It would also be much better if the rooms are more soundproof. In general, the stay is overall satisfactory. The room was clean and the staff members were nice.
